Never mistake rationality for weakness and cowardice. The Zimbabweans I know ask the question, "what is in it for me and my family?" If the the answer is nothing, they will not fight. They know that politicians are self-serving and not worth fighting for, let alone dying for. No politician is worth losing life for. Show me one child of a politician, even those who claim to be fighting for the people, who has been arrested, beaten or shot while protesting in the street. So, rationality, is not weakness. Zimbabweans would rather work for their families than die in the streets fighting for another politician to get in and loot.
We have accepted their self hate here in South Africa. Here in SA they try to blend to be accepted as SA zulus or ndebeles and will hate you for linking them to their country. They also have this hatred for each other, something not common here in S A, here we are diverse but we stick together
So why are the Coloureds so marganalised nd unfairly treated nd yet they were born through no fault of there's. Blacks hv homes in the city's nd in thrir villages Colourds hv no land nd villages accept the designated places they were forced to live by the thsn white regime. Now they r giving Businesses etc to races I won t mention in the Coloured arears pushing Coloureds to God knows where in cape town. Why are people do hateful to Coloureds both in RSA ND ZIMBABWE. ???
Could it be that corruption and greed is endemic in it's people? No one is prepared to sacrifice for family, friends, neighbors or society? Where are the genuine leaders who care about the ordinary people? Education, housing, health, food, law and order without the corruption.
