Cosmic Brainz I find works best with the Guided Ultra Ball; the Guided Ball's homing and slow speed actually make opponent's movements much more predictable and _massively_ improves the consistency of Cosmic's charged punches.

While that's not bad. The normal ball is better, because if you hit the plants even with just splash damage. You can usually finish then off with the charged punched immediately.

Cozmic isn't actually supposed to be able to charge a shot in mid-air, that's just lag so normally bunny hopping techniques wouldn't work that well. The reason why cozmic is good is one word: LAG

I usually do the 2nd charge punch (70 dmg) followed by an immediate Super Ultra Ball (120 dmg) & that usually kills everything besides Citron which you can deliver a normal punch to finish off (20 dmg)

He can be good if you know how to use him. I have him but i keep making the mistake of charging 2 shots instead of one charged and another uncharged. Its extremely satisfying when you send one to the void though. Really fun as well
