It's kinda ironic how the pylon mech resebles a cone, wich usually make zombies more durable, and yet it's the least durable of the Zmechs
I think if it was a bucket it would be more resistant
Should've been an armored imp because in the tower defense games, coneheads have more health than regular zombies.

What if he wears a different hat? Also the mech is faster so it seems like it is the opposite
Pylon Imp is a HUGE missed opportunity to be an armoured Imp variant, since PvZ logic has always suggested that cone = more health. Imps are pretty fast to begin with, so having like 90 or 100 health would make him much better at the cost of a speed loss. Plus his mech could be much more tanky with something like 500 health, keep the mines, and replace the right ability for something more defensive. Pylon would basically be a defensive beast made to camp objectives, since all of the other Imps are assassins to begin with.
At the same time, Coneheads are the weakest armoured version, minus miscellaneous ones like newspaper that have additional abilities. I think that's why, the implication is that cones are weaker than whatever they use for the Z-Mechs
@@TheRealBlazingDiamond Yes, but it’s the most obvious thing to do, because the logical progression in PvZ is no headwear -> Conehead.

@@TheRealBlazingDiamond Yes, but the Cone Mech came earlier in the world. Plus its whole gimmick was about having high health. It’s not even the weakest mech in the far future, since it’s stronger than the bug bot and shield mechs for sure, and I also think the disco mech is weaker iirc

I don't know if you do this already but I feel like it would be more efficient if you picked a character from each side to make a video on, then no matter what side you get assigned you can still make your content.
Pylon has one of the best mechs in the game imo. Also, his mech is the fastest one, moving at imp speed. The imp itself I think is better than Drake and worse than shrimp. He is very good at range if you know how to aim with Pylon unlike Drake which isn't that good at range, which is why Pylon is better.

I have four imp variants, and pylon is my favourite. However, when you play it, you get decent mech time. When I play it, a Gatling Pea deletes my health bar in seconds 🗿

Random tip from a guy who never played online: throw a gravity grenade at your mech when you activate self-destruction (chances of success are low, but can be quite effective)
Also, try S.H.R.IMP (I know it's a bad idea, but I want to see how good you truly are).

For what it makes up with speed and defense like abilities, it is the weakest of the mechs.
And last I remembered, Bling Mech does slightly more damage.

The pylon mines were truly OP in the survival mode bacause they didn't dissapear after the round had ended, they stayed over there and I got like 7 kills that way

whenever you get the mech just put mines at spots that a cactus would usually put it at. i have gotten top scores so many times because the plants always run into my mines since only 1 character out of the tons can put mines that kill. and its not like every single person who plays garden warfare 2 is going to look out for 1 character that nobody ever plays and if you usually see one of them then they are just new or terrible.
pylon mines are broken in a way, you place the fuckers down and get kills out of nowhere, just like potato mines, just more noticeable yet somehow people still fall for them
