Camcorder footage from 11 stages and the finish at Chester of the 1995 Network Q RAC Rally.
The video is a little poor at the start but stick with it, it does get better. Best watched on a smaller screen or phone but with headphones in and turned up loud to hear the flat 4 Subaru Impreza 555.
The Chester finish features the Colin McRae Donuts, an iconic moment in rallying history. Where you there? Do you remember a few others getting in on the celebratory donuts too? Have a watch!
This is the best video ive seen from rac 95, tells the whole story of that incredible rally from sunday stages thru to the unreal atmosphere of the forests, especially in the dark. What a time to be alive eh, never seen those donuts at the end either. Thats just taken me back 29years👍
This is epic footage, I remember this viewing in TV (live then on a Sunday on Eurosport). It inspires me to buy my own Impreza Turbo with I still have today ! Just passed 300,000 km's ! That boxer sound is killing it.....still after 25 years I love it !

Thanks for this, the quality of film is decent anyway, but irrelevent as it captured some history which many of us are so proud of! I looked at the time on my phone earlier and remembered that I, along with some mates, abandoned our plan to come to some of the event due to a hospital appointment on 20th Nov, and someone elses other engagements over the weekend - but how we all wished we'd said NO to everything else and come to follow the event for the weekend. Quarter of a century on and still just as amazing to watch - cheers
Brought back great memories that did, thanks for sharing. So many happy days and nights following Colin and all the other heroes on the rally through a 15yr period from ‘89 to ‘03.

1995 when he run out of talent, almost run over his mechanics and disobeyed team orders from D. Richards after realizing he couldnt Beat Carlos-Luis super talent . Another shameful champion.
