I am in Australia and gotten nowhere with treatment for bursitis and neuroma in the same foot. Almost crippled. Conservative treatments have cost me more than I imagined. Surgeons these days have so much work, they do not bother removing the actual neuroma. Now I am battling depression as my ability to live normal life as come to an end. I have to live with it until I no longer can.
Anita Ive had this problem all my life, years and years of it. The injections only work for a week or two so dont bother with those. A nurse I spoke to had the surgery and a year later was having the same trouble. The only relief Ive had is by wearing orthotics, as long as you raise up the centre of the foot with a pad, it will ease the pain and you wont get the shooting pains in your toes. At the moment I am trying out silicone toe separators for a few hours a day, which gives some relief. I sympathise because you cant wear pretty shoes anymore, no heels, so I tend to wear Sketchers most of the time with orthotic supports in both shoes. It can be depressing because if you are athletic like me, it stops you doing the things you like. Even walking is a nuisance and I miss being able to go striding out, instead of just being aware all the time of your feet touching the floor. I still look through every video for advice and have just had to learn to cope with it. I dont think people understand how bad the pain can be. Best wishes.
I'm from canada feeling down and frustrated i went to PT all he wants from me is 5 starts and good review on google he doesn't want to listen to me. I have these symptoms do you have anything in Toronto? Or anyone who can help me
We have a couple docs in Buffalo! Dr. JJ Phipps and Dr. Brian Zelasko. We often have patients fly from as far as Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Georgia, Texas, and California. SO if the pain is bad enough please consider going to Buffalo.
I have a Morton’s neuroma, I developed it after breaking my foot. I have had injections , had orthotics made. But I still have trouble down the side arch of my foot, as well as where the neuroma is situated. My feet also gets very cold.
We don't charge per session. We charge based on if we can fix it (or not). Have you had this problem more than 6 months and seen at least 3 docs or therapists trying to fix it?
Seems to me that this would aggravate the area even more unless this is a new, minor nerve impingement. There would be so much scar tissue on older, painful cases that the area that it would just get inflamed.
It absolutely could. It would be the doctor's diagnosis and judgement of dosage administered that would determine whether you got immediate relief or worsened.
I'm really having a lot of pain and numbness. It feels like a callus on the inside of the area not on the outside. I'm wearing clouds because the Hokas hurt my arch. I don't want shots because I'm allergic to pain. I've tried exercising feet . I'm wearing pads now. I have to move around I have put on weight since this has happened. 😢
@@drchrisstepienclips thank you. I just received the shoes a week ago. Will do the experiment. Will reply to you once I have some details. If not, I will try adhesion release.

Do you know of anyone who could help me in Vancouver BC? Also how quickly do people get relief after yr treatments? I'm almost positive I have MN in both feet I have all the symptoms and there is no problem with circulation, It began after getting orthotics for flat feet.
Hi friend! So far no one in Vancouver who do this :/ we are working hard in training doctors and therapists so these methods can be expanded to more places. If traveling is an option for you we’ll be here in Denville, NJ to help! It could take an average of 12-15 treatments for all conditions but it’s completely individual so it really depends on the severity of your case, however some people get some form of relief in just 1-3 visits.

I have the same issue! It’s so tough… I’m seriously considering cryosurgery
What are yu feeling for when you're rubbing/scraping the bottom of the foot at around 2:25?
Most helpful video I have found on Morton's Neuroma. Thank you!
so happy to help
You should explain what the cream is you are using and why,as well as the tool you are using. This video left me confused.
Any lotion will typically work. It’s the Grit Bar. the tool we are using, you can ger it at Gritbar.co and it comes with instructions
Mine only bothers me when I run (and I love to run)…hoping I can find something to help soon. I’d hate to give up my runs. I’ll try this. Thank you
You are welcome" hope you are doing better now
Great video, thanks.
Is this something i can do myself at home? if so, what are the cream and tool you use?
Regards, Louis
You could using grit bar tool that you can get at gritbar.co , it will come with instructions in how to use it

We recommend coming into an adhesion removal doctor to have this treated.

This has ruined my quality of life. I’m in north Alabama and feel helpless. Feet are going numb and cold too. It’s horrible.
I’m sorry. That’s awful.
I'm so sorry to hear this - I get it - the closest doc who does this is in St. Louis if it's bad enough to travel.

It's 4k. Just called them. And they won't take ANY insurance 😮

Does gua sha work too?
This is adhesion removal, we use the grit bar,
Gua sha is more about blood flow, moving lymph, etc

Hi
Good morning.
I am diagnosis foot dropped.
My 1,4,5 toe it's weak .
My nerve it's weak.
Got you. Do you have a question?
Can I break up my own adhesions?
You can try. Our docs know how to do this in people and can’t do it to themselves.

So sorry - only in US and AU. You can try myofascial therapist who does ART or Graston.

My feet are much too ticklish. I’m the only one I know who can tickle my own feet.
Ha, that does happen to people. It's jsut a question if the pain is bad enough, then would you be willing to do what's necessary to fix it?
