How to use the Phonak Roger On v2 in Headset Mode

The V2 model, launched from 5th June 2023, has all the same features and functions as the previous Roger On with the addition of a headset mode for use with computer-based calls using Microsoft Teams, Zoom & software-based telephone calls.

I don't understand the need of the receiver. Won't the Roger One send incoming audio directly to my Phonak hearing aids?

Depending on the hearing aid you might have receivers built in. However, you still need to activate it with a software from your provider.

Hello, how does it work in a busy office.
Meaning can the person on the other side of the call hear my colleagues sat next to me talking or is there noise cancellation built-in, thanks

Hi there - good question! That is actually one of the main benefits - if you wear the Roger On around your neck its directional microphone technology should mean that your voice will be effectively prioritised over the background office noise for the person you are calling. Hope that helps!
