So I really felt that one line "No way, no way, she can't take you away from me. I sure won't stay, but I'll be damned if I ever leave".

Must not have been that bad." but then when this shit happens to you, and the conditions are right, its like, some one knocked the breath out of you and then, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!..... Yebba is a force of nature. I'm sure people will suggest her great stuff but Tiny Desk, Age of Worry, Gravity, October Sky, Boomerang (live), Evergreen, etc are all fantastic. She's worked with a ton of people , Ed Sheeran, Drake, Lucky Daye, Marc Ronson, PJ Morton, etc. Why she isn't internationally famous I have no idea.

This is the reaction I have been waiting for! I was speechless when I'first heard her sing this song. I struggled to forrm words. I had to sit there and process what I had just watched and I became obsessed with her voice. This is my favorite reaction. It's the one her performance deserves. If anything, he's a blues singer with some country and r&b tendencies. His voice is amazing on his records but it's even better live. The woman you see on stage singing back up is his wife.

Her rendition of Make It Rain had me throwing every shoe I had at my screen, lol. Another good one is All to Me, done as a duet with equally talented Scott Hoying, of Pentatonix.........a group which has a whole 300 video rabbit hole that will send you into a mental hospital, in the best way lol!

1) I had gone through something like this when I first listened to this. when I tell you, that I was SOBBING. 2) Her mom had just committed suicide 2 weeks before this performance, so she was already in an emotional state 3) She had the AUDACITY to calmly & quietly say “That’s that one” after she DRAGGED us and took us to CHURCH. 😂

About a week after this performance, her mother committed suicide. Her first single Evergreen is a song about her mother, and there is a live version of it available on you tube where she performs it in the church she and her mother used to attend. It's a must see. This girl is special.

About a week after this performance, her mother committed suicide. Her first single Evergreen is a song about her mother, and there is a live version of it available on you tube where she performs it in the church she and her mother used to attend. It's a must see. This girl is special.
