- Predictions for the parts of Physical Chemistry most likely to appear on Paper 2, A level Chemistry, AQA
Based on topics from paper 1, or more specifically the things that didn't come up on paper 1 that could now come up on paper 2.
No update on the organic as its not on paper 1 of course, so this earlier video is still the most current information:

I will tell my grandchildren about you
🤣 nice!
Im gonna name my kid after you
Brilliant! 😃
you are such a lifesaver!
😊 thanks
Thank you!
You're welcome! 😀
Will you be doing this for paper 3. A prediction after paper 2.
Yes, definitely 😀
Do you have a video for naming organic compound in y2 eg amides, benzene?
Not by itself... but I go into some elements of naming in these videos about aldehydes, aromatic compounds, and acylation...

Do you have any tips for doing good in practical questions these are the only reason I’m getting lower marks in p2 and p3😭😭🙏🏾
Keep persevering!
I think the main way to improve is to practice answering exam questions about them. That way, you'll see a mixture of different questions... writing a method... suggesting improvements to a method... explaining errors that could occur in a method... explaining why we use a certain chemical or process... analysing some practical results... plotting a graph. These are all the types of exam questions you could be asked. Some of the practicals, organic synthesis (RP10 for aqa) for instance, are more interesting than others and so have more variety to the questions
@@chemistrytutor thank you very much I’m trying to do all the past papers possible
When drawing the mechanisms do we need to show delta positive or delta negative or is it acceptable to show the charges without using the symbol delta
Great question... only full charges need to be shown, along with lone pairs.
Delta + not required
@@chemistrytutor thanks i just watched your optical isomer video I have a question about optical isomers
If a question asks to draw optical isomers does it matter which group take the type of bond( the dashed wedged or straight line when drawing optical isomers) or each line must go to specific group
@A7TGzed good question... doesn't matter at all, you're free to choose 😊
@chemistrytutor thank you very much your answers are going to save lots of marks thank you
Going into exam not knowing NMR. i dont know where to start with exm qs
i’m gonna kms from this exam
Hang in there! Remember it goes across 3 papers in total
...and good luck!
Don't worry about that at this point! It is unlikely to be a huge part of the paper
...and good luck!
what happened bro did you get cooked
@@calisthenicsultan I have just lowered the grade boundaries for you all dw lol
Is there one for OCR A?
I haven't done one for that, sorry. I dont know that course so well since I teach the AQA
@@chemistrytutor I see, no worries.
what about organic?
I've done that in this video 😃
