My kids like carrot sticks, and celery sticks. They're also picky, sandwich haters.
I met a Native American doctor a while ago and she taught me a few interesting things, one of them was about allergies. She said if you have seasonal allergies to chew on a one-inch honeycomb. Chew on it until all the honey is gone and your allergies will not bother you the rest of the summer. I have never been able to test this because I am allergic to honey. But I wanted to share it with others who may want to try it.

Thanks. I like a cucumber sandwich but hummus doesn't agree with everyone. Cucumber takes a sturdy bread and a partial dehydration (with paper towels) or the bread turns to mush.

We usually travel throughout summer and I will have sliced cucumber & red pepper or fruits in a container for my daughter as snack especially if travelling in Asia as most meals are full of carbo. This time I will try protein shake for her (she loves organic bone broth every morning, thanks to you!) I got to look for organic bone broth powder for her. After I watched this video, I told her about chocolate bone broth or vanilla, she was like, "Ewwww!!!!!!!!"😅I forgot to mention it's powder.😂

You have to use a wooden or plastic spoon with honey because a metal spoon deactivates the honey. I just learned that from a homeopath. Just fyi for your kids shake. Or your own.
Hi Laura, good to know that Ella gets to do all of those kids activities and gets to eat healthy. Horse camp is wonderful education for children 👌. This gives them a good start in life. You are such a good mum. But Laura, 🤭did you realise that this video revealed a secret that you have been hiding for a long time.😜. Let's see... uhmmm for about 3 years I think. If you watch this video again properly, you will see what I mean. Haha. still, don't worry, it's a good secret.
I love your ideas but one thing I noticed is your cutting the strawberries wrong. I live in Watsonville,CA where strawberries grow and I was taught to only cut the leafs at the stem, preserving to whole berry for consumption 😊
