You NEEEED your own cooking show..I love your personality and the simple ingredients you use. Plus all the environmentally-conscious tips is just what we need.
This is the first of this channel's videos that I have watched. I like your approach to cooking, it is very relatable. I look forward to watching more videos.
I have always loved her voice and now I love watching her cook! From “That 70’s Show” to “OITNB” to “Chef Prep!” I love it! Laura is awesome! Thanks for your useful and healthy cooking tips! PS, can’t wait for the last😢 season of OITNB!❤️❤️
I'm not sure if you're going to read this. I'm Brazilian and I watch your videos. 🇧🇷 I must admit I did not like cooking, but your channel is driving me to want to improve it. Keep posting more recipes, it's wonderful. 👏❤
So glad I found your channel! I’ve never been very interested in cooking. Your recipes look so savory, healthy and fun. I’ve been taking notes on the utensils, cookware, and ingredients that I’ve never bought before and your videos have gotten me so excited to get in the kitchen!
I love these videos! It's like going to the best cooking school ever! I really need one of those garlic cutters haha so super easy! The butter under the chicken skin with garlic and herbs is my thing with roast chicken I found it had a wonderful taste I love to change up my cooking and your tips and recipes are AMAZING so many great things to cook and easy... Now I have an idea what to cook tomorrow thanks a bunch Laura you are a star 🌟 😘
Wow! I will make it a meal for sure, I cook a whole bunch for myself and sometimes the neighbors too! And this can feed a whole bunch of people, it's on my menu! Thank you so much 💓 💗
You mentioned crying while chopping onions. My secret is that I wear contacts and can cut as many onions as I want and it never makes me cry!! I love your videos and you’re one of my favorite on OITNB!! ❤️
Reminiscent of one of my go to quick meals as a working mom many moons ago 🤗 love your addition of sesame oil🍜 Celery stalks & long halved carrots , onion halves & garlic , skin on have always been a good 'rack' for whatever protein you cook ") great accident to discover ") - apple halves were often added to ham turkey or pork - 💡Try keeping & holding onto the onion tail attached as you chop then dispose as you'd like.. keeps the ' onion juices ' inside & moist lol with less tears😂
Hi, first time commenter and i gotta say, I love your Knife! so awesome. Looking forward to see all your videos soon. Just got your channel recomended by YT. Best regards!
Made this tonight along with the rice and the flavor is amazing! It was my first time using Bragg Amino Acids and Ume Plum Vinegar. Whole family enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing Laura! 🤗
I am so fascinated by how quick you chop and peel things. But how quickly you do garlic may just be the greatest thing I've ever seen. Are you hitting it with your palm, the back of the knife? Who knows? It's so fast, it's like a magic trick.
Hi Laura! I love your videos!! im trying to eat better and re educate myself when it comes about food, and your channel has helped me a lot! Big fan here!! love from Brazil
Great recipe Laura. Thank you so much! Just a little trick, once the onion is peeled try washing the onion under cold water first and then cut the onion. Your eyes won’t tear probably or at least not as much. Greetings from Germany 💟💟💟
I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates it when veggies and fruits in food taste sweet lol I much prefer savory as well. Sweet has its place, but in my dessert. Not my dinner. Thank you for showing us this, I will give this recipe a try and see if my partner likes it too.
A couple tips I learned when use to have to prep/chop at least 12onions at a time : breath thru your mouth instead of your nose, and cut/chop into cold water is best(( we rinsed the chopped onion)) but you can also run cold water or have a container of cold water next to you. But breathing only thru your mouth helps a lot!
I’ve found that putting onions in the fridge or even the freezer for like 10 minutes before you cut it, the onions contain more of their moisture and don’t spray out as much as when you cut them room temperature
I find running onions under cold water seems to help, you could try that but it also depends on the strength of the onion too. I love watching all of your videos to, learning lots of new things. Thank you :)
I really enjoy your cooking videos. There are 2 things I was told to do to keep the tears away while chopping onions . You can wear glasses that helps but also if you rinse the onion in warm water after you peal it. Not hot water just warm.
You NEEEED your own cooking show..I love your personality and the simple ingredients you use. Plus all the environmentally-conscious tips is just what we need.

If your onion is chilled it helps so your eyes don’t water 😊
