    that house was built in early 2000s priced at $98.000

      Yup. Prices for most homes here in GA took off since the pandemic. I don’t see them ever going back

    That's a nice split levei.Even with the carpet. And it has a extra bedroom. Don't like all those trees in the backyard.

      The extra bedroom downstairs is a huge plus. I get mixed used about trees in the backyard. Some like it because of the shade it provides and others don't like it because the possibility of one falling down.

    i’d definitely the carpet off those foyer steps but beautiful home

      I agree. That’s a high traffic area. Should be something more durable. However, carpet on the entry steps are all too common on these type of homes.

      We changed ours from carpet to hardwood. It’s more durable, easier to clean and beautiful. Especially when it flows into the main areas of the home. The biggest thing is making sure no one wears shoes in the house though.

    • @worrellthomas3735
      @worrellthomas3735  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes making sure no one wear shoes in your house is key. And dress shoes can even scratch the finishing on wood floors

    All of you guys committing on the price, come to California where a townhouse cost
    $600.000 and much much smaller.

      California pays California wages. Georgia wages have not increased where people can afford these homes. We're in a bubble.

    Its really a beautiful home on the inside and outside. Those hardwoods are well maintained. Its not laminate flooring or concrete with padding & carpet. The home value shouldn't go up just because its being sold nearly 20 years after built or because only 1 or 2 owners have been in it. Finally, its not worth half million dollars. Little over a quarter million at most. The siding is well maintained thru out the years. The masonry work doesn't look too molded or weather worn. Someone is trying to get an xtra $200,000. This is a $300,000 home

      This is pretty much where the price point is headed for this type and size home. A similar home sold a few doors down for 10k less with multiple offers.

      @@worrellthomas3735 People be careful, do a Historic price review on the home, if you are paying 250k more than when the first owner bought it, with zero significant improvements you are paying for inflation. Think about 500k for a home with a 2 car garage anywhere in GA. Cmon cmon.

      @@worrellthomas3735 I don't live in Georgia, but look at the price history on the home and check what price the home sold for when it was built, and 3 years ago. If for whatever reason someone pays 500K for that home and they finance it, they will be in a heap of trouble. There is a housing bubble looming for sure.
