This song always makes me think of my youth. Old friends, my parents and my band a time when I thought I had everything. I had to lose everything to realize the temporal frailty of what I had and struggle through to find my faith. My peace and strength had to be obtained so I could appreciate my past and count the blessings I have today after God pulled me through the difficult times when I was completely drained and disconnected from life. Thank God for today and every new sunrise because no matter battle I face everyday is a new beginning that I can illustrate with my creator. If tomorrow never comes I know I'll be alright I couldn't always say that. Now I just want to help who I can when I see broken hearts paralyzing people with fear of the world around them. God is real and he can fill you with a peace that is eternal don't give up, give in and let him nourish and protect your heart with his presence. I'm not here shoving my beliefs down anyone's throat's just offering what worked for me when I faced my biggest fears in life and lost the battles along the way. I had to consider all the possibilities outside of my restricted perception of reality and surrender to the one that died for me so that I could live and return to the person God created me to be after journeying to the valley of the shadow of death and hell. I consider myself victorious though because I'm still alive and faith along with God's grace and mercy have taken over in my broken down palace of mistakes and pain to reveal an optimistic view of the future even if there is none.

If the love of God inspires people this much (even when they don't even know it)...And it turns them off when they realize this is About God and Christianity... That's a sad day for sure.
