You show how to disable the camera, but you do not realize you can NEVER ENABLE A CAMERA AGAIN! That's what I came here to learn to fix. How to ENABLE a camera after you DISABLE it!
Have you ever figured it out. I'm having same issue. It tells me " camera is reporting that it us blocked or turned off by a switch or button on device." Freaking stuck. Tried updating drivers, and a couple other things. Please let me know if u figured it out, I'd greatly appreciate it

Once you take a photo and look at the photo itself by clicking on it in the bottom right corner of the Camera app, how do you get back to photography mode to take another picture?
I turned it off and I needed to know how to turn it back on because I got stuck on a Zoom call where no one could see me. Let’s hope it works the next time. Eek
Not at all what I was looking for and way too fast - what's the rush. The question is how to turn the camera on netherards. How to enable the Camera app so that it is turned on and ready to use. I know where to find my camera in devices. What I'm looking for is how to use it. How to turn it on? So I can see either myself or in front of me. If I have it forward thing. That is what I'm looking for.
There video wrong tutorial, old driver webcam or old driver ssd external get block by windows 11 securty, ( memory integrity then usb not recognizing ). Mine no problem, if usb plug in windows 10. After upgrade to windows 11 my driver webcam and driver printer get block, usb not recognizing. Logitech hd pro webcam c910 and printer j4..... brother same usb not recognizing maybe because old item.
Tutorial nothing solve at all, windows 11 block driver webcam then usb plug webcam not recognizing. For ( old webacam ) no problem for ( new webcam ). Memroy interigrity block it there will be show app get block xxxxx.sys in there.

So, how do you actually enable it again, after disabling it, like you did in the end?
Go to "Disabled cameras" and click "Enable" which should be to the right of the camera you disabled

That depends truly on the device you have. There are myriad ways Cameras work
