What are your views on the Strathpine suburb it is close to Kallungur and seems more established than Kallungur? I heard that 3 mega projects and other good infrastructure are coming to the Strathpine and Brendale Business district. Additionally, it is very close to the University of Sunshine Coast Campus at Petrie.
I just purchased a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Griffin to live in. It wasn't my first choice but there were about 40 people who came the open home and it seems to be a good area to raise my kids as a single dad. I got it as a cash buyer for 565k. Moving in 2 weeks so I am excited as its my first property.
Brendale is a large industrial suburb. Most of the land available is large industrial opportunities. Bray park next door is more residential same with lawnton. The University that was completed last year is increasing rental demands

Whats your opinion on when RBA will stop increasing the cash rate, when they may need to cut it back and when the next best buying opportunity will be?
I don't like to speculate now that they're gone against their words over the past year... just ensure you purchase under the strictest of buying rules to combat and scenario to the best of the properties performance.
I have multiple properties in the Moreton Bay area and I would not recommend Bellmere, as it is far away from preferred locations of local employment - North Lakes. The suburbs of Margate, Mango Hill, Dakabin, North Lakes would be my recommendation. Your thoughts?
Hey! thanks for the recommendation. Marina is ok for construction phase, but once operational... not a huge amount of on-going jobs BUT it does bring lifestyle and liveability but I wouldn't consider a marina a major sign for increased house prices. 1 year on is Moreton Bay area looking more appealing? My buyers agent is pushing this area esp Margate, Caboolture
