Hey so I just want to provide insight on this just so people have an actual, clear understanding of how the double backstab visceral activates in bloodborne, just to mitigate misinformation. Not saying the video the poster made was wrong, he is going off his observation which is completely fair with what he used in the video. Just to keep it brief, it works on all enemies that are open to backstab with these three weapons. Yes, all of them. The reason why it doesn't work sometimes on the enemies in the video, is because it ONLY happens when the enemy is KILLED by the second follow up heavy attack, if they have enough available HP to survive the second heavy follow-up attack, the enemy WILL NOT get double backstabbed.
Do the charge attack then follow up with a second charge attacking but without holding the button. So if you have a PlayStation controller, hold R2 then Tap R2. If you move been doing this already then it might be because you are in the second form. It only works in the regular/ 1 hand form.
Many of these are inaccurate. Watchers can be double backstabbed by the church pick you just did it at the wrong angle. Did you only try it once before assuming it’s impossible?
I doubted myself for a second so I went on and tested it again with all sorts of different angles on the gun watcher and on the machete watcher…NEVER works. Now since you listed MANY other discrepancies, would you mind listing the others while you are at it? Cheers
@@soulsdegreen i have footage of a double backstab on the enemies if you want to see. its been awhile but i got around to getting it to work. the issue is that youre locked on, you need to manually change your angle for the second strike, it behaves similarly to a double backstab with the cleaver. i got the church pick to work on the enemies but not the other weapons
