Absolutely gutted for Kirk! Such a great person & teammate. Cousins gets so much unwarranted criticism from the media. I just hope he's able to continue his NFL career!💯 KOC has a challenge on his hands. Hoping that Jaron Hall can adapt to the NFL as well as his college teammate Puka Nacua!🤞
Addison is such a sick route runner. He's been drawing multiple penalties a game because the defender is always in his way.

Man what a career Kirk has had man. I feel terrible for the guy, he left it all out there all the time. Even helped lead the team to the greatest comeback in history last year. Really hope he can get back out there for a few years.

O'Connell a cousins gut. One of the main reasons why he wanted Minnesota job. Kirk continuing to improve as a 35 year old is playing out. NFL is crazy so anything can happen but I believe this team heading for great things provided they can keep players and Flo is here to stay ....with Cuz.

If they keep this band together including Flores and Kirk is back, this team will be a contender next season for sure. I believed this season was preparation season for a big push next year. But after the first 8 games, they are way ahead of what i was thinking. Now, the record doesn't show it but if you understand football and look at how they loss games this year, they were a play away in all of those games. And that is even with their high turnovers (fumbles). And kirk is overly underrated. Next year will be very interesting.

Vikes fan here, love our coach, but let’s be honest the rest of this year is for culture building and contract extensions. We’ll end up somewhere between 8-9 or 10-7, and probably miss playoffs or JUST squeak in and be an early exit. I’m an optimistic to a fault, but I’m at peace with how good we looked recently up until the injury and trust the culture/leadership to carry us to the future. Skol!

@marknadolski1949 yes, QB is more important. Personally, i haven't been impressed by Levis yet. Not to say i won't be, I understand Tennessee fans being excited about having a qb to potentially develop. Seems Viking fans ignore that none of the young qb's taken in rd 1 have won a super bowl outside of mahomes. Levis is the next allen? Well, Allen hasn't won a sb. Burrow hasn't won. The injury-prone version of Cousins won one- stafford- the goat won, and some mahomes stuff. I don't think there is a quick fix for the purple. Just keep trying to improve. Team will have problems until they get some more dline, imo.
Maybe one of the qb's taken last year will eventually be looked at as great. Bet it isn't two, though! 1985 doesn't happen too often, and i still don't get why the vikes did not select marino.

@PurpleFaithful1 they have to take chances at QB, they drafted Ponder in the first round and that's it. They've had washed up veterans like McNabb, Cassell, Bradford, ect....If Will Levis pans out, that's a huge miss when he essentially landed in their lap during the draft. Jordan Addison is great, but this team is 4-0 with Jefferson on the bench. QB is a way bigger hit for an organization that traditionally sucks at drafting a QB

Can tell the people that know nothing about the Vikings over the past 6+ years and who just watched the cringe Netflix Doc this off season. A real Viking fan has been ready to move on from Kirk since Jan of 2020. Rubes and part time fans want to keep him. KOC, do the right thing, MOVE ON!
Kirk is KOC's guy and he basically said that he wants Kirk back next season. Casual fans are the ones that want Kirk gone. The defense has been trash the past three seasons, but yeah....blame the quarterback. 🤡

They are just a little worse now with No real QB who can throw with accuracy ..Coach has to say they will be fine to keep the morale of the Team up..Probably looking at 8-9 Season No playoffs.
That's probably about right, I'm OK with it, we showed a lot of improvement this year in areas, but just so happens our qb1 kirko went down, it happens, it happened to the jets, and I felt terrible for those guys, but look at how good they are doing, they are only getting stronger, so hopefully this is an opportunity to get better
And I don't know what vikings fans you have been talking to, but we are not fans that think that way at all, you may have accidentally ran into a cowboys fan or an eagles fan that recently bandwagoned their way to a vikings fan. But a real vikings fan, expects the worst. And hopes for the best

So as a lifelong Vikings fan the improvement the Vikings have made in the last two seasons is remarkable I think we are above average, communication was and has been big problem for years seems like everyone is and continues to work hard as a unit. Vikings fans true ones like myself and this other gentleman stay humble and keep positive but the Vikings arnt frauds there not a below average team they are talented very talented Jaren hall will be ok hopefully and dobbs I have more faith in hall because he has been training under Kirk.
What coach isn't going to say he trusts in his players to get as far as they want to go. I guess he should just tell the team it's over with 9 games left. The great thing about the NFL is sometimes the unexpected teams go on a run and surprise people. ANy NFL team can win any game. It's funny. Vikes beat the steelers but only becuase they had an off day, not because Vikings made plays.
They should have picked up Jameis Winston. He has the potential unlike Dobbs who isn't doing shiet.
