honestly, 17/23 156 passing yards, 57 rushing yards, that's exactly what you want from your starting qb. Obviously you need to see tds, but there would be teams right now that would kill to have a starting qb play so consistent and mistake free. Field goals get treated like losses, but if you get in range and put up 18 or 15 points in field goals per game, you need just one td and suddenly you're a top 15, top 10 scoring offense. He played mistake free and put his team in a position to score points.
When did they score 6 field goals last year? Every game last year they failed to have any rhythm. They were running the ball in 3rd and long over and over again. Totally different, Kenny Pickett had time in Canada’s scheme, Justin nor Russ has had time in Arthur Smiths. But by 2014, the LOB was pretty much dismantled. Seahawks haven't had a 'good' defense since then. And Russ was the primary reason why the Hawks had continued success. Winning seasons, playoff runs, similar to how the Cowboys have been recently. Good, not great enough to take it all the way. My point was just that Russ has a historic track record of success. I hope not it's not that I don't like Russ but I hope Justin continues and becomes the guy plays mentor gets a little bit of playing time here and there but Fields I think it's his job to lose right now as well as should and hopefully Jallen starts getting more touches and if Troy and Roman start playing like the players I think they are you can already see Zach and Peyton were great picks hopefully Troy and Jones workout and with Roman in the line up thats 3 good running backs 3 or 4 good tight ends one of them a top 10 guy a great young wide out and a good cast of recievers we still need a clear number two if Roman is that guy than our offense could be really good at the end of the year and if this defense has even an above average offense they could be real contenders
