I contacted Erik, while troubleshooting the tuner Erik informed me the tuner needs to be tight at all times when firing or the results will be all over the place (his words). I noticed you were just setting up and turning the tuner by hand without unlocking the set screws
Hi Sam iv not notice any issues but only used on my 22 lr and 223 as yet At 100 meters the brake out shot the suppressor by a small amount giving me a five round group of .45 Which surprised me as the load was developed for the suppressor fit Only need a small adjustment to zero

In my limited experience using a Tuner I’ve found the best consistent setting is the one that gives the roundest groups . You want to eliminate any stringing of the shots . Even if the overall group size of the round group is fractionally larger than the group with stringing stick to the round group setting. That will give you the most consistent accuracy over time and different shooting conditions. When you have found the zone of the node try to settle on a setting near the middle of the zone , if you use a setting near either end you will find that it can become quite erratic and is subject to going out of tune occasionally depending on conditions.
There's definitely something in that sklrm even with a SD of 6 gave be vertical stringing at 100 meters all be it just under a inch. Since fitting the tuner it groups better and no stringing

I am sure you know, however; the tuner can turn out several turns, to at least 30 ( or 3 full turns ) with many posible nodes to be found.
My rifle really didn't like that batch of tenex really pleased with the results
May even try some rem golden bullet for a giggle 🤣
