  • To Surrender is an oft prescribed spiritual maxim. Sifu Rohit Arya explains that the concept is called Sharanagati in Yoga and entails a dynamic flow of intensifying intensity within an act of conscious stilling. It is a tremendous and sadly misunderstood process. The full Talk given to the Arya Yoga Sangha on March 20, 2014, at Matunga, Mumbai.

    Guruji, you said in a video where the mother had absolute sharnagati to the cellular level and shree aurobindo told her to increase her capacity and in "4 requirement of shakti path" you said that if there is absolute sharnagati in a person, he/she does not require to do sadhana.
    Can you please explain I am confused with these 2 statements as they seem to mildly contradict each other.
