- To Surrender is an oft prescribed spiritual maxim. Sifu Rohit Arya explains that the concept is called Sharanagati in Yoga and entails a dynamic flow of intensifying intensity within an act of conscious stilling. It is a tremendous and sadly misunderstood process. The full Talk given to the Arya Yoga Sangha on March 20, 2014, at Matunga, Mumbai.
Thanks a lot for the wonderful insights

Brilliant talk!
Amazing Rohit
Thanks
very interesting lectures to cultivate ones life n kids generation
Guruji, you said in a video where the mother had absolute sharnagati to the cellular level and shree aurobindo told her to increase her capacity and in "4 requirement of shakti path" you said that if there is absolute sharnagati in a person, he/she does not require to do sadhana.
Can you please explain I am confused with these 2 statements as they seem to mildly contradict each other.
Sir, should I not loose to my better self every time?
Sharanam agati.
A stop in the flow of my daily avidya filled ego by Sharanam to Her, who knows better
