why does your ultimate backup font look different than mine? there is no bold to it

The font comes bundled with ViewpointV mod. And to turn any text into bold just place ~h~ before it. It works as a toggle, i.e., insert it again to disable bold.
It works everywhere - before unit names or Compulite charges and citations, stp questions and answers.
To edit default names ("Local", "State") in the UB, edit the localisation file.
