Via Menyoo First create and save a ped as outfit in menyoo. You can edit everything from face, tattoos and clothes. Spawn UB partner. Open menyoo editor mode (default key is F9). Point the + on the partner and press arrow up. Then right click on the partner and go to ped options>wardrobe and select your saved outfit and apply.
