I did miss a part out of the tutorial which could be why you may get black bars but you also need to go back to NIVIDA and go into adjust desktop size and position and change it from aspect ratio to full screen that should help.

for some reason when i switch it to streached it switches to letterbox and doesnt let me change so i have black bars on top and bottom.Can u help?

remember, change the res only in game and do the steps in the practice
so now maybe you dont see the black bars :)

enable it when u in game but when you go back to lobby change to native and jus wait till u in game then when you in game change to ur res

go in to the game config and change bshouldletterbox to false and turn the game config to read only and it should save and then open valorant and you shouldnt have blackbars

does work there was one thing i forgot to add you need to open nivida settings and go into adjust desktop size and position change from aspect ratio to full screen and it all should work.
