I'm so glad that they saved and renovated this building 😊😊 I visited Lauderdale Courts back in 1997 and they said that it's probably the last chance to see it. They were just about to demolish the teenage home of The King of Rock & Roll and there were petitions to save it. This was a rundown, bad neighborhood at the time. Thanks for the videos!! 😊😊

Great Vid Spa Guy. I grew up in Lauderdale Courts from 1962 until 1973. Great memories living there with my my mother and father and going to church at First Methodist 2 blocks away from 222 D Exchange and grammar school at Christine elementary right across the street. We only had box fans to stay cool but radiator heat really kept us warm. Keep the great Elvis vids coming😃

I love your videos! I can see now that I am not elvis’s only greatest fan.. I was 10yrs old when Elvis passed. My mom knew of course that I loved Elvis. I would continually be singing and acting like Elvis for all of my childhood. My mom told me that Elvis was my dad because I didn’t know my real father. Of course she told me that just to build my ego! Thanks again for all you do and I will be staying at Lauderdale apartments as soon as this dumb covid- 19 is over!!

I have been following for a long time. I am a true Elvis fan. I have many Memorabilia I've collected. There will never be another Elvis. I love how you truly respect Elvis and his parents and family. I remember when Elvis did the satellite concert from Hawaii my mom and sisters were glued to the TV. I never liked how people made fun of Elvis some of pictures they made of him I look at it they were jealous of the talent this Tupelo boy became famous. I remember where I was the day the news broke of Elvis passing I had to pull over I couldn't believe what I was hearing I cried like everyone did. Thank you for all you do for the true stories of Elvis. I'm heartbroken for the lose of Lisa she had so much going on with people getting in her business losing her son I knew something was off when she was at the awards she did not look well. May Elvis and Lisa rest in piece I loved them both dearly. That's mindblowing that you can stay there and good to know they've kept that room more or less as it would have been in Elvis time. Now why can' t they all respect Elvis and Elvis history like that? This video is so much fun. You're in Elvis heaven and it looks like Mrs Spa Guy is putting a nice face on it. lol Elvis family was dirt poor back then I'm surprised the rooms are as big as that. It looks quite homely and we can imagine Elvis living there while you are staying there. Beautiful version of That's When You're Heartaches begin at the end there fella and nice touch leaving some guitar strings for future guests. Looking at the walls looks like the previous guests are more lipstick than guitar strings. I dread to think what they keep in their drawers.
I love your video of Elvis's bedroom ! It is missing decoration so the Elvis quilt that I made with Elvis fabric from the fifties would look great on the bed !
From time to time I think of a certain blog that I really enjoyed from the Spa Guy and decide to go back and watch them again. I am just thankful that Billy is an Elvis fan and has so many videos about the greatest entertainer of all time.

Haha, I could not but laugh at some moments in this vid, You really threw a bit of everything here. A wife who seemingly can´t believe herself how on earth she ended up sleeping there (reminds me of my missus when we have been in similar situations).. a tutorial on how to set a new string... playing the guitar and singing on that window sill... risking your own life out there in the street... this has really amused me. But most of all you are still doing that job which I am sure many of us feel envious about. At least I do because although I have been lucky enough to visit Memphis twice I could not manage to visit all those -remote- places you bring us so often. Thank you, Billy!

Great Vid Spa Guy. I grew up in Lauderdale Courts from 1962 until 1973. Great memories living there with my my mother and father and going to church at First Methodist 2 blocks away from 222 D Exchange and grammar school at Christine elementary right across the street. We only had box fans to stay cool but radiator heat really kept us warm. Keep the great Elvis vids coming😃

I love your videos! I can see now that I am not elvis’s only greatest fan.. I was 10yrs old when Elvis passed. My mom knew of course that I loved Elvis. I would continually be singing and acting like Elvis for all of my childhood. My mom told me that Elvis was my dad because I didn’t know my real father. Of course she told me that just to build my ego! Thanks again for all you do and I will be staying at Lauderdale apartments as soon as this dumb covid- 19 is over!!

What a fascinating video! I want to stay there now!!! It looks like you had a pretty eventful stay there! I want to stay there now!!! I am hoping to visit Graceland soon. I have been following for a long time. I am a true Elvis fan. I have many Memorabilia I've collected. There will never be another Elvis. I love how you truly respect Elvis and his parents and family. I remember when Elvis did the satellite concert from Hawaii my mom and sisters were glued to the TV. I never liked how people made fun of Elvis some of pictures they made of him I look at it they were jealous of the talent this Tupelo boy became famous. I remember where I was the day the news broke of Elvis passing I had to pull over I couldn't believe what I was hearing I cried like everyone did. Thank you for all you do for the true stories of Elvis. I'm heartbroken for the lose of Lisa she had so much going on with people getting in her business losing her son I knew something was off when she was at the awards she did not look well. May Elvis and Lisa rest in piece I loved them both dearly. Keep bringing your story's of Elvis and thank you for playing the guitar and singing Elvis songs and keeping his memories alive god bless you

That's mindblowing that you can stay there and good to know they've kept that room more or less as it would have been in Elvis time. Now why can' t they all respect Elvis and Elvis history like that? This video is so much fun. You're in Elvis heaven and it looks like Mrs Spa Guy is putting a nice face on it. lol Elvis family was dirt poor back then I'm surprised the rooms are as big as that. It looks quite homely and we can imagine Elvis living there while you are staying there. Beautiful version of That's When You're Heartaches begin at the end there fella and nice touch leaving some guitar strings for future guests. Looking at the walls looks like the previous guests are more lipstick than guitar strings. I dread to think what they keep in their drawers.

I would be so happy if my Sweetie took me to sleep in Elvis's old bedroom. Just knowing that Elvis slept there would be so exciting and walking in his footsteps. I enjoyed this so much and thank you for playing guitar and singing for us. You sound good, and it just makes me wonder what Elvis's dreams were while living there and your music kinda brings it too life. Sorry that the power went out while on your stay. Man, I love your videos!! I was in Memphis last year for the first time with my fiancee. We had a problem with our schedule and weren't able to visit the apartment. Looks very nice. After your video, I can't wait to be there again (maybe next year). Thank you for your videos. They're really great.
Haha, I could not but laugh at some moments in this vid, You really threw a bit of everything here. A wife who seemingly can´t believe herself how on earth she ended up sleeping there (reminds me of my missus when we have been in similar situations).. a tutorial on how to set a new string... playing the guitar and singing on that window sill... risking your own life out there in the street... this has really amused me. But most of all you are still doing that job which I am sure many of us feel envious about. At least I do because although I have been lucky enough to visit Memphis twice I could not manage to visit all those -remote- places you bring us so often. Thank you, Billy!
