    Thank you. I just found you. I am a freelance musician, creative, website designer, everything... I really love Trello. And thank you for your video. It's going to make my life easier!

    Thank you for explaining all of this. I can see great value in this template. This type of board will be very helpful for me to keep track of my freelance graphic design projects.

    Great stuff Brian. Definitely see much value in using this. Have been using trello to keep track of bands I am contacting and building relationships with, plus my actual clients for a while now (thanks to your recommendation in PPC) . This will complement my existing trello board for sure! BIG UPs \m/

    WOW! :D thanks alot this is very intuitive and powerful system for us creatives,
    i was not a checklist person but after seeing how you implemented it i'm really excited to try it out!

    Nice one, Brian. Glad we´re together in the mission of making life easier for musicians and producers out there!
    Just one point, this is actually a KanBan board, not a Scrum board. Scrum uses it, but several other methodologies use it as well. Scrum is a methodology with rather complex workflows and a complete mindset that needs to be shared by the whole project team. ;)

    So great! Thanks so much for sharing. I am going to convert this to my design business immediately. I literally have been doing this system but in steno pads for the last 10 years.

      That's awesome! Truth be told, the tool doesnt matter as much as the act of following the process. Dont feel bad doing it on paper if you prefer it!

      @@6FigureCreative you should see the stacks of steno pads I have saved over the years. This video was the kick in the ass I needed. I'm already sending off your video to my friends in other fields that will definitely increase their workflow and improve their lives. It's a great tool. I just needed the simplification of your video. Thanks for my new addiction. P.S. I was up until 3am applying your system to 5 different pieces of my life. HA! It really does work for everything.

    Awesome! Been doing the same since taking Brian’s PPC a while ago. Dropped a paid Pipedrive subscription for it…

    • @6FigureCreative
      @6FigureCreative  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hope Pipedrive has been helpful! Just to clarify, Pipedrive is a CRM that should be used for managing customer relationships. While Pipedrive does offer basic tasks management and a calendar integration, it's not really a project management tool. It's built solely to manage your sales process with clients.
      A project management system (like Trello) is built to manage the projects AFTER you've turned the person into a customer. So in this case, you'd "pass them off" from Pipedrive to Trello. That can be done either manually or through an automation.
      Hope this is helpful for anyone who may have been confused!

    • @Toneshed
      @Toneshed 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@6FigureCreative I use Trello as my CRM tool currently. That was the point I wanted to make. Sorry for the confusion...

    Thanks for the insights! What do you do with email comms associated with the project, any best practices? TYSM

    • @6FigureCreative
      @6FigureCreative  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely! I used to keep all client communication inside my CRM (i've switched between Pipedrive, Close, and Dubsado over the years. All have pros and cons.
      Now i keep all clients inside Twist (like slack but better). You can have each client in the own channel, and they can create threads based on different topics (like old-school message board)
