Application creation is free but publishing the app on play store will cost you $25 once once you have google play console account, then you can upload unlimited apps. I've revealed at the beginning of the video.

No no after delete app bundle it's got a error why because app bundle it's already upload that why it's ask new version of app bundle this problem have a solution solution 1 upload a new version of app bundle version means 1.0,1.1 and1.3 solution 2:- delete app on Play Store and start again I recommend frist complete internal testing why because it's test app bundle. Solution 3:- use Android studio to convert apk or app bundle.
