- How to Make an App? In this video, we look at how you can get started building an app in 2023. I’m going to show you what exact 3 steps you need to take to get started. From Idea to an App in 2023.
In the third and final step in this video, we look at how you actually start building, even if you’re not a tech person. Things have changed a lot in the last few years and a non-technical person, so someone who is not a developer can actually create an app without writing a single line of code!

I'm writing this comment now, May 6th 2023, and I have only an idea of the app I'd like to build. I was so confused and discouraged when I started my journey because the information was so sparse and unclear.
Now, I am motivated and have a clear path on how to teach myself to build and MVP and get my idea out there. Thank you, I hope to come back one day and proudly present my app.

I'm pretty sure the vivino app is going to save me in court. Ex landlord sold off my entire wine cellar and a couple of those wines built huge value over the years. Hello Nick, I'm a developer and I'm not surprised with the type of concerns you're having right now.
In case like this, the best things is to let your developer sign a NDA, this will totally solve the issues of stealing ideas.
If he or she is a professional developer, then there will be no problems signing the agreement, I've signed few of them some oof my past projecct i've worked on.
That's my concern as well
I was walking home and due to the fact that my dad makes wine I thought of the same exact idea as vivino turns out it already existed, so I kept thinking of ideas for apps and this just appeared and you are the vivino founder, amazing

The problem with this is lets say by some miracle everything goes right. You take all the tools shown in this video, and with patience you create pretty much exactly what you wanted it and it gets published to the app store. Lets say it ACTUALLY starts getting traction because it is genuinely a good idea that thousands of people find great use for.
The problem lies here... Any bigger company will see your idea getting traction and before anyone else knows about your app the rip your idea completely and make a cleaner version of your app and instantly market it to everyone.
So essentially your entire idea was good for a while and thats it. Youre just making an idea for someone bigger and better to get a hold of without your permission.
Thanks for your thoughtful feedback, but I fundamentally disagree. Sure odds of success are small that is the name of the game, but by your logic there should only be big companies and no new companies. That just isn't how the world works, so I fundamentally disagree.

Most of these great apps aren’t profitable for large corporations, so they’re happy to let us little people get our pittance from in-app upgrades or advertising, and they continue to focus on exploiting customers on a bigger level

I failed almost thousand times but i did it finally but the problem im still facing is it doesnt record multiple smells its only one time and it can hold that smell up to 1 month
I wanted ti make it multiple smell recorder that stores forever.
Well even the video recorder was impossible before until it was invented but anyway thanks for the ideas it helped me a lot i truly apreciate it.

Iv been wanting to build an app but I'm super not good at tech, I looked online for a course in my area and they wanted over £5000 to do it 😮 luckily a friend suggested checking out TH-cam and this video has been very reassuring. Do the apps still work if one decides to cancel the $50 dollar a month subscription plan with Adalo since the data of the app is stored on their platform or does one have to continually pay the monthly subscription to keep the apps working?

Hi! Awesome content! I learned a lot of great information. I wanted to know if there are any copyright issues I should look out for. I understand that using a domain for example, you would need to pay for. Is there anything else that I should watch out for when developing an app?
Thanks, good question. If we look at costs, yes there are costs when it comes to running the app. I'm thinking about server costs here. The costs will follow the number of users that use the app so in the beginning it doesn't cost much. Apart from that not many costs linked to the app directly.
I have a idea for an app that I've been thinking about for years. There are similar apps but nothing like my idea. I know exactly what I would want it to do and know it would solve a problem and answer questions to a certain group of people. How do I find someone to help me make the app and how can I protect myself from someone stealing my idea?
Thanks. If you can't build it yourself I would suggest that you find a technical co-founder. Someone who can help build it. With regards to protecting the idea, it is hard, build faster and build a better product. Focus less on protecting it more and more building a great product. Most products are not about the idea, but about executing on hundreds of ideas in the right order.
