I look at neutral white wire, when you show it. looks like a direct short, Usually if a compressor causes a breaker to trip, it can be a short out compressor windings, or short cycling , due to low side pressure, or high head pressure, causing the over load circuit to trip. all Air condition units, and heat pumps, are single phase 230 volts, 24 volts thermostat, connection to a transformer, you good a diagnosis in the service dis connect circuit, for a insulation on any of the power circuit wires.
Metallic is fine. Just caulk the damned thing when you're done. It's not hard to do. Helps keep the weather out. And obviously use SOMETHING to clamp connections coming into the box. Great video, and great clean up of some other guy's mess. My heart hurt a lil' when I saw that filter drier right in front of that panel.
Good video! I work for the power company in New York City and I see that you know what you're doing. I definitely want to see more videos from you. I'm subscribed now!
I just looked at a couple of your vids. They're really good content vids with live jobs. Most everyone has bla, bla, bla vids with no live job or real world work. You should post once a week at least and sell some merch.I can see this chanel growing. Thanks a bunch for your content.
I really like seeing your troubleshooting thought process. So many TH-cam videos are just simple how-to videos connecting wires. But this is truly insightful. Thanks.
