The plot has ascended from "guitarist gets mad at player character taking over" to having a genuine implied storyline with a ton of effort, and yet there's _still_ beautifully dumb gags like "Just Doot" thrown in there.

This is really really great work. This song and its video were a really great choice - it makes a fun and subvertive follow up to the previous charts with a surprisingly emotive story. You captured the song in the chart perfectly (and appreciate the extra background trombones you added). The background is a masterpiece - you can clearly see all the technical effort and work put in to capture the music video in engine, and it's really paid off. Not only is it an on point recreation, but some of your edits and choices - like the build up to the solo, the camera work of the car scene, the addition of young Jerma and having him in the crowd at the end - are real improvements. Somehow you've told the story and conveyed the emotion better than the original, and thrown in a bunch of fun gags too like just doot, the treadmill, the hot dog stand etc. Fucking amazing, perfect balance of humour and heart. 10/10, you are the true trombone champ
