Hello Mahima. Lovely recipe. Will it be very spicy as we have pepper and chillies in it and in the beginning also there is a little chilli put in I think. In my Amma's home they do not put any garlic. So got used to that. Thanks a bunch
@@MahimasCookingClass tried your recipe last week. But didn't look presentable. But tasted so yum and as you said oil should be added liberally . I just added less oil. Also the way I sliced is not so thin just like yours. That would have helped me to get an even cooking . At sometime please share your way of slicing , chopping , grating and mincing . That is going to be a huge lesson for all of us. Thank you for sharing such wonderful recipes. I understood where did I go wrong. Will try this recipe again adding a bit more oil and slicing it thin

I remove onlya thin layer of skin. Skin is rich in vitamins. So I use it especially when it is grown organically
