They can follow this man from his home to the area by multiple cameras but can't find the runner running or the car at no intersections or where he ran to. The ex boyfriend cellphone is his alibi? With an admission, mental health and immunity...... Did any check his phone for activity during these hours or cameras in his surrounding home area. Am I missing something?
