  • Michael Jackson-Bolanos, 29, is charged with first-degree murder, home invasion, and lying to a peace officer after he allegedly stabbed Woll in her Detroit home in October 2023. She was found dead outside her residence in the 1360 block of Joliet Place.
    Jackson-Bolanos was arrested several weeks later amid speculation that Woll's murder was a hate crime due to her position within metro Detroit's Jewish community. However, Detroit police said later on they don't believe that to be the case.

    Jeffrey Herbstam " the ex boy friend " told police that he was alone at home the night Woll was murdered, but he didn’t have anyone else to corroborate his story. He also said the batteries in his security cameras outside the doors of his home were dead and therefore not recording when Woll was killed.
    While talking to police, Herbstman added that he had a motive to kill Woll because she had broken up with him in July after about a year of dating. He last saw Woll on October 7, 2023. Woll was murdered on Oct. 21.
    "I had a motive and an opportunity," he told police in the bodycam footage.
    Throughout the interaction, he kept repeating that he didn't remember anything.
    Herbstman testified that he started having irrational thoughts that he may have stabbed Woll to death after learning about her murder from the news.
    "I had no recollection of killing Sam," he said in court. "I convinced myself that I had done this act, but I could recall nothing of it." NOW HE WANTS TO ACT CRAZY.

      Stop, the ex claimed he felt he did it. However, when they arrested, charged, & investigated the ex, they learned he was not anywhere near the area for days leading up to & after the death. He was mentally having a breakdown believing he was guilty for her murder. This man is a 4x felon, with robbery & assaults on his record. He was in the area, he physically touched the body, allegedly, & then the state can’t ask this puke his past history.

      Isn't it common when you find someone out to check their pulse, or body temperature?

      If you had a criminal history, and was committing crimes the day of wouldn't you ? Whether they'd put the blame on you? You had contact with the body& they may put it on you don't u think so? I'd of start walking quick and getting out of there. More than enough reason to freak out. Do you really think in this situation you'd trust the authorities with the truth? Let me say this spend enough time around career criminals they all will say they innocent and the Judge and the DA were in on it and they lawyers is dog shit … I’m innocent and God knows it! The man has prayed since the last time he was locked up if ever. Straight up conman.. the real tell was when during the county call he tried to hold eye contact with first the jury and then the Prosecutor… while he could hold the stare with the jury The Prosecutor kept his head and locked on and the killers chin went right to his chest after about 90 seconds

      @Don-rl1smhow can someone enter someone’s home at 4:20am and stab them 8 times without leaving any shoe prints or anything and make it a quarter of a mile away by 4:23am? Her motion sensor didn’t detect any movement after 4:22am. That mean she too would’ve had to make it out of the house in that time frame as well but considering the fact that there was a pool of blood in her hallway as if someone has been lying down for some time it’s just not possible. How could all that have happened in a 2 minute time frame

    • @crystalrose9003
      @crystalrose9003 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @Don-rl1smM O R O N, he had a couple of drops on his jacket. What killer wouldn’t throw away a jacket they just stabbed someone in? Why would he wash it instead of getting rid of it? He didn’t even know that it had been washed. He wasn’t told until he was already charged. You guys are just clueless ppl that refuse to believe that this man could be innocent just because he’s black and has a record of being a thief. Her ex is clearly the culprit but no one wants to believe it just because he has “mental issues”.

      @@parsin4793he has felonies for being a thief, not a killer. Do you know how dumb he would have to be to not get rid of a jacket that he just stabbed someone to death in? He would have had to get rid of the knife but not the jacket? Also the time frame wouldn’t add up. If he set off her motion sensor at 4:20 and “stabbed her 8 times” then how could he have made it 2 blocks away at 4:23? And why would he stab this strange woman in her neck and head so many times? If they take a closer look at the back wounds then it would suggest that she was more likely stabbed by someone she was cuddled up with
