this guy has no idea what hes saying. VRAM and your system RAM are NOT the same thing. -dx11 is not the right command. -d3d11 is. and then you say if this doesnt work try -dx12? first of all, this is again not the right command, second of all, this is the default, so you dont even need to put it.
