You gave a wrong tip. When you drop or throw the vault it becomes visible to everyone. When you are carrying it you are only visible to people in direct eye sight or close enough proximity. I always choose whatever bank is farthest and just run the whole way. Most of the time I make it there clean.
I have another tip. I've been playing the game since the Beta, and I noticed that no one says this in the tips videos, and that if you jump before you reach the end of the zipline, you will jump/reach much further, and if you slide and jump every time you touch the ground after jumping from the zipline, then you will reach much further.
@@OhhElement In the heat of the moment most players just try to go through vents without thinking about it. At the absolute worst you could still delay the player by a second or so. Also, from my experience, most players currently just get completely confused by it and either back off or just try to go through the vent again. Works best when the item is deeper inside the room you are trying to keep the player out of and not peaking outside the vent. That way they don't see it until the attempt to go through the vent. Could get a few shots off on them while you're at it. Obviously the game is still young though, so this might not be as useful in the future when players begin to figure things out. At the end of the day, you would be surprised by how something so simple can really catch someone off guard.

In the vast landscape of video games, where innovation and excellence are celebrated, there inevitably emerge titles that fall short of expectations, failing to deliver on the promises of engaging gameplay, immersive storytelling, and technical prowess. Among these disappointing entries stands "The Finals," a video game that, despite its aspirations, has earned a reputation for mediocrity and deficiency. This comprehensive essay endeavors to dissect the myriad flaws of "The Finals," exploring its shortcomings across various dimensions including gameplay mechanics, graphics, narrative, and overall execution, ultimately aiming to provide a thorough understanding of why it is considered a bad video game. At the core of any video game lies its gameplay mechanics, the intricate systems and interactions that govern the player's experience. In the case of "The Finals," these mechanics are riddled with issues that undermine the fundamental enjoyment of the game. From the moment players pick up the controller, they are greeted with a sensation of clunkiness and unresponsiveness that permeates every aspect of gameplay. Whether it be the sluggish movement of characters, the imprecise aiming of weapons, or the delayed execution of actions, the controls of "The Finals" fail to provide the fluidity and precision that players expect from a modern video game. Moreover, the game suffers from a lack of balance and depth in its gameplay mechanics, a crucial aspect that is essential for fostering a sense of fairness and competitiveness among players. Certain abilities or characters are egregiously overpowered, dominating the battlefield with little skill or strategy required, while others languish in obscurity, rendered virtually useless by comparison. This imbalance not only undermines the competitive integrity of the game but also diminishes the sense of accomplishment that players derive from mastering its mechanics. Furthermore, the artificial intelligence (AI) of "The Finals" leaves much to be desired, failing to provide a meaningful challenge for players to overcome. Instead of presenting dynamic and adaptive opponents that keep players on their toes, the AI exhibits predictable behavior patterns that quickly become exploitable and monotonous. This lack of intelligent decision-making robs the game of the tension and excitement that should accompany encounters with computer-controlled adversaries, resulting in a gaming experience that feels shallow and uninspired. In an industry where graphical fidelity plays an increasingly significant role in shaping the immersive qualities of a video game, the visual presentation of "The Finals" falls woefully short of expectations. Character models are crudely rendered, lacking the fine detail and fluid animation that breathe life into virtual avatars. Environments are bland and uninspired, devoid of the intricacies and nuances that make virtual worlds feel vibrant and captivating. From a technical standpoint, the graphical performance of "The Finals" is marred by frequent frame rate drops, texture pop-in, and other visual anomalies that detract from the overall aesthetic cohesion of the game. Beyond mere technical shortcomings, the art direction of "The Finals" also leaves much to be desired, failing to establish a cohesive visual identity that sets it apart from other titles in the same genre. Character designs are derivative and forgettable, lacking the distinctive flair and creativity that make memorable protagonists and antagonists. Similarly, environmental design fails to evoke a sense of wonder or exploration, instead opting for generic landscapes and uninspired locales that fail to capture the imagination of players. A compelling narrative can elevate a video game from being merely entertaining to truly unforgettable, providing players with a rich tapestry of characters, conflicts, and themes to explore and engage with. Unfortunately, "The Finals" fails to deliver in this regard, offering a shallow and derivative story that fails to resonate with players on any meaningful level. The plot follows tired tropes and clichés, relying on predictable twists and turns that do little to surprise or captivate the audience. Moreover, the characters of "The Finals" are thinly developed and lacking in depth, existing primarily as vessels for advancing the plot rather than as fully realized individuals with their own hopes, fears, and motivations. Protagonists are characterized by their unwavering heroism and unyielding determination, while antagonists are portrayed as one-dimensional villains driven by nothing more than a desire for power or revenge. As a result, players are given little reason to care about the outcome of the story or the fate of its characters, resulting in a narrative experience that feels hollow and uninspired. Ultimately, the problems with "The Finals" extend beyond its individual components to encompass its overall execution as a video game. Despite the potential for an engaging gaming experience, the developers have failed to capitalize on the strengths of their concept, instead delivering a product that feels rushed, unpolished, and incomplete. Whether due to a lack of resources, expertise, or creative vision, "The Finals" falls short in nearly every aspect, resulting in a disappointing and underwhelming experience for players. Furthermore, the developers' apparent lack of responsiveness to feedback or criticism further exacerbates the game's shortcomings, as they seem content to allow "The Finals" to languish in its current state rather than addressing the issues that have been raised by players and critics alike. This lack of engagement with the community not only erodes trust in the developers but also reinforces the perception that "The Finals" is a product of incompetence or apathy rather than a genuine attempt to create a compelling and enjoyable gaming experience. In conclusion, "The Finals" is a prime example of a bad video game, plagued by numerous flaws that detract from the overall gaming experience. From its deficient gameplay mechanics and lackluster graphics to its uninspired narrative and overall execution, the game fails to meet the expectations of players on nearly every front. While every video game may have its shortcomings, "The Finals" stands out for the magnitude of its failures, cementing its status as a disappointing and forgettable addition to the gaming landscape. As gamers continue to demand excellence and innovation from the industry, it is essential for developers to learn from the mistakes of titles like "The Finals" and strive to deliver experiences that are worthy of their time, attention, and investment. Only then can the medium of video games continue to evolve and thrive as a form of artistic expression and entertainment.

Actually the vault only exposes you to people if you are in direct sight. It’s better to carry it as much as possible, so you aren’t revealed to everyone. Don’t drop or throw unless absolutely necessary.
Who is esidi? For the blind, He is the vision. For the hungry, He is the chef. For the thirsty, He is the water. If esidi thinks, I agree. If esidi speaks, I’m listening. If esidi has one fan, it is me. If esidi has no fans, I don’t exist
12:26 Evasive dash actually dashes in the direction you are moving/strafing (unless you're standing still, in which case it dashes to where you're facing) which is useful for dodging while still engaging the opponent.
further more, its not just the cardinal directions either, you can dash diagonal too. Which is probably the point of saying it is useful for still engaging while being evasive
8:22 Little nuance you didn't mention with Health after a defib: they don't always spawn with half health. Not sure how it works but I've noticed that if your teammate's trophies have been sitting for a while, they come back with full health after being defibbed. I haven't done any testing but I think it correlates with the time it takes for your teammate to start healing and the clock starts when they die.
Maybe I missed it in the video but I saw a person carrying an explosive canister and they hit it with their fist while carrying it so they could time the explosion. How do you do that on controller? Regardless this video is amazing and thank you🖤
@@Esidi haha yep! I was testing it out in the firing range, you have to make sure you target it directly in the middle of the jump pad or it'll just explode rather than bouncing off
Big tip for recon mediums if you use a jump pad with you if you use the recon ability then pull out jump pad and use the inspect you get to use the screen to see people easier don’t have to use jump pad anything that has the screen works as well
The bullet placement has nothing to do with your irons. Its always going to be center screen when ADS, no matter what the animation. If you have a crosshair overlay on your monitor or software (they are shadowbanning for this) you can play without the awful visual recoil that isn't indicative of shot placement. I can't say its the worst thing to do in a shooter. They should have recognized the flaw and fixed the visuals.
How do respawns work? I constantly see my teamates respawn when their timer runs out, yet I cannot. Very confusing. My timer will run out before theirs and they will respawn while I cannot.
@@WhatsVibez Figured it out eventually. Play on controller and changed my binds allowing me to slide with the right thumb stick and to jump with LB. Made the A button my “ping” button so when I was able to respawn I was pinging and not respawning 🫤
With FoV, a higher (and therefore wider) value means that things in the middle of the screen are their smallest and can be harder to hit as a consequence. In my humble opinion, you are very served by a middle ground between situational awareness and lock-on fighting (meaning you are zoomed in and firing to kill). With 16:9 I like a 95 fov whereas with a 21:9 (ultrawide) an. 87-89 achieves a similar effect.
It's always inconsistent for me, sometimes I'll be 2 hitting people then other times it's like it does .000005 damage no matter how close or far I am or where I hit them
how doea breach charge work can please someone tell me i have been trying to use it but it jist doesnt work i hold it in my hand i left click it is thrown and when it turns green i left click again but nothing happens is there a different keybind for this pls help
Maxed out the Akm a few days ok and now I’m levelling the Fcar. Ooooh is that weapon better then the Akm, I wish it had like 2 more bullets and maybe 0.2 seconds faster reload but maybe it’ll become to strong then. But yeah overall Fcar superior!
@@nervonabliss oohhhh yeah, my comment is from a while back and I’ve been shredding with the Fcar and not the akm anymore. Made it to rank 1200, so I’m happy!
Any light that uses double barrel should go straight to jail. Cheese weapon for ppl who want to feel good about getting kills, and also be completely useless to their team at the same time.
How about you use your following to tell embark to add more servers around the globe. There are enough people playing everywhere and also paying for the battle pass to support it.
What other Tips & Tricks do you have for The Finals?

When you drop or throw the vault it becomes visible to everyone. When you are carrying it you are only visible to people in direct eye sight or close enough proximity.
I always choose whatever bank is farthest and just run the whole way. Most of the time I make it there clean.
dash does not only go in the direction you are looking
spin your charakter in the menu.
FOV is a preference, low fov can give accuracy as targets are bigger, higher fov as you said lets you see more
@@KarmaMate lower fov gives more visible recoil making it harder to control.
I have another tip.
I've been playing the game since the Beta, and I noticed that no one says this in the tips videos, and that if you jump before you reach the end of the zipline, you will jump/reach much further, and if you slide and jump every time you touch the ground after jumping from the zipline, then you will reach much further.

@@Esidi I will watch it, thank you very much and have a wonderful day
As a light sniper, you can bring furniture with you to a roof and make a little barricade for yourself. Impromptu cover
One fun tip I love to use.
You can block vents using inanimate objects like chairs.
I love that! Never thought of it myself but that would be great as a heavy player since you can’t fit in the vents
But someone can just throw it away?
@@OhhElement yea you can literally just quick melee them lol

When using a sword’s heavy attack, quick melee as soon as you connect to cancel the long animation. Following with a slash will finish off a light.
Actually the vault only exposes you to people if you are in direct sight. It’s better to carry it as much as possible, so you aren’t revealed to everyone. Don’t drop or throw unless absolutely necessary.
you can literally see the vault through walls if they’re holding it

Man, so much work went into this - best video of its kind I’ve personally seen. Very helpful. This game is dope
Thanks!! I did have no life for quite a while trying to make this video
Yeah! I use evasi dash to up direction and gain up floor!
You can also place a turret down from a high distance. Find that extremely helpful when floors are blown up etc
This game is awesome. I’m still getting used to playing on mouse and keyboard but I haven’t had this much fun with a game in a while.
Great video, surprised it's 4 months old. How do you ping or put a marker down?
middle mouse button... you can read your settings, you know?
I just got this game and I LOVE It, thx for the Tips. You earned a sub
Never knew that, maybe it’s if you defib after there respawn timer is over
Yes i agree, i think it s when the timer for respawn is done you get revived with full hp
if you dash when throwing a cash out as a light... it chucks it far, like real far
Tip 9 learn the recoil pattern for your favorite weapo-
Me: RIOT SHIELD
You can prime explosive canisters by throwing it, then recatching. It explodes in a couple seoncds.
5 seconds after the recatch c:
I just started today and it helped me a lot thank you
Glad it helped!
Thats a lot of effort👏.. Thank you very much brother🤝
He we go boys another game to watch settings and tips videos over n over
I did not know you could brake ladders
When you get res just make sure you reload
This is so frustrating. Idk how many times I have forgot this lol
Light: throwing knives: thermal, smoke, stun gun
Idk if he said it and I missed it but throwing a fire nade into gas disperses the gas.
love the tips, id say running MMM in ranked in underrated.
All with turrets. Fucking disgusting and I hated them. XD Seriously, fuck that team.
Man good to know about being able to shoot down the floating platforms... soo soo soo good to know.
You're a god for this 💚
even tho 99% of this tipps i allready knew i still apreciate you making it for noobies
This game is so refreshing
Agree 100%
@deep6iix I mean it's basically just battlefield but cartoony
MY GOD THE BUTTON SHOOTING REALLY COMES IN HANDY WHEN YOUR RUNNING FROM ANOTHER SQUAD IF YOU GOT THE MONEY BOX LOL
Also getting those super slow elevator things down before you get there
EISIDISI THE PILLAR MAN???
8:00 If you dash as a Light before throwing, it will go even further than what Heavy`s throw
I love this game, surprised it’s free
Quick tips I just find out
Use melee to hit once and than instantly quick melee attacks
We call that stacks melee attacks
Nice guide bro👍
Thanks!
Really great video . Big help
Appreciate it!
This video helped so much
Maybe I missed it in the video but I saw a person carrying an explosive canister and they hit it with their fist while carrying it so they could time the explosion. How do you do that on controller? Regardless this video is amazing and thank you🖤
He mentioned this in the video. You just press melee while holding it. On controller the melee input is pressing the right stick.

Thanks!
nice movement tips!
you can climb faster with the goo gun by setting up mantle stairs
You can also bounce the grenade launchers off a jump pad as well as rpgs
Wait, rpgs off of jump pads!
@@Esidi haha yep! I was testing it out in the firing range, you have to make sure you target it directly in the middle of the jump pad or it'll just explode rather than bouncing off
Nice stuff man, thx alot.
Ngl the Famas is really good so is the 50. Akimbo you should make a video on those.
You can evasive dash in the direction you’re moving as well.
Big tip for recon mediums if you use a jump pad with you if you use the recon ability then pull out jump pad and use the inspect you get to use the screen to see people easier don’t have to use jump pad anything that has the screen works as well
Can you go into better detail on this
Work on aiming, you won’t get better overnight unless you practice
Can u use the Defibrillator from a certain long range ? idk i saw people do it without crouching from far away
I don’t think so, it probably seems like further because when you spectate there is some delay from what you see and what is actually happening
They should have recognized the flaw and fixed the visuals.
sheeeesh my monitor literally comes with the option to turn on a crosshair
Oh crap I didn't know that was a thing...thank you!
When you mark an enemy and they go behind an object, the marker stays on where they went instead of tracking the enemy through the object right?
Thats how i win actually im playing the finals too and capturing video lol xD Thats funniest game i have ever played.
The 357 for med is best actually in terms of range, accuracy, and damage
The famas is very
Good
How do you change your characters gun stance in the players loading screen???
Tip 1: never play with a random light
AKA solo player
3:30 I hope my random teammates stick to this tip
switched to the revolver and I'm consistently getting 16+ kills per match
How do respawns work? I constantly see my teamates respawn when their timer runs out, yet I cannot. Very confusing. My timer will run out before theirs and they will respawn while I cannot.
in tourney and ranked u have respawn coins so if u run out of coins then u cant respawn unless revived
@@WhatsVibez Figured it out eventually. Play on controller and changed my binds allowing me to slide with the right thumb stick and to jump with LB. Made the A button my “ping” button so when I was able to respawn I was pinging and not respawning 🫤
Stop dying and then you'll be able to
Can you go into the shooting range with your team?
Unfortunately not
@@Esidi oh okay thanks! One more question do the mines when you put them down stay infinite or do they reset after a certain amount laid out?
thermal vision would be underrated if it wasn't so buggy 🥺
Hi I have one problem I can't use skin for gun pls help me
Make sure you equip the skin in your contestants and not your equipment
dude just casually burnt the cr0ss😭
What's that clean rainbow skin on your akm?
With FoV, a higher (and therefore wider) value means that things in the middle of the screen are their smallest and can be harder to hit as a consequence. In my humble opinion, you are very served by a middle ground between situational awareness and lock-on fighting (meaning you are zoomed in and firing to kill). With 16:9 I like a 95 fov whereas with a 21:9 (ultrawide) an. 87-89 achieves a similar effect.
They should add wall running
model 1887 for medium class is underrated asl
It's always inconsistent for me, sometimes I'll be 2 hitting people then other times it's like it does .000005 damage no matter how close or far I am or where I hit them
How do u make the jump from the 2nd floor to the roof at 1:01? Been trying for atleast 10 min now. did they patch how far u can mantle from?
Depends of the class i think
how do i pick up objects on controller i play on pc but use controller
how doea breach charge work can please someone tell me
i have been trying to use it but it jist doesnt work
i hold it in my hand i left click it is thrown and when it turns green i left click again but nothing happens is there a different keybind for this pls help
You have to right click to make it blow up, won’t work until a few seconds after you throw it
Ohh
@@Esidi thank you so much bro it works fine now vert cool
6:58 WRONG the best weapon for medium class is the 1887 because it’s so freakin cool 😎
Once you start healing a teammate they can go behind walls and youll still heal.
Fcar is broken if you can hit your shots
@@nervonabliss oohhhh yeah, my comment is from a while back and I’ve been shredding with the Fcar and not the akm anymore. Made it to rank 1200, so I’m happy!
Personally I prefer the V95 on Light I can't drop way more kill with it than the shotgun or the MP5 🤣🤣
How do you have 0 recoil on the Lewis
Recoil smoothing helps a lot
5:24 this is my style
The FCAR is way better then the AKM. But like you said i depends on what you are good with.
How do I use the amulets on ps4 bro I can't equip it please help
Any light that uses double barrel should go straight to jail. Cheese weapon for ppl who want to feel good about getting kills, and also be completely useless to their team at the same time.
The best armor against them is situational awareness. Learn that and youll be fine
This game is dope
