It was never specified that the requirement would be the main ingredient, you can't make a dish that it's not a dessert with chocolate being the main ingredient.

I’ve tried using liquor with making fresh ice cream, but I think it’s due to the alcohol content that it won’t ever freeze. Like all liquors, they never freeze but stay cold. But I liked the idea and design for your baked Alaska!

for those who don't understand why making the ice cream didn't work too well is because tequila has such a low freezing point that normal freezers cannot reach it so tequila can freeze but not easy at all

I made myself once crispy pork skin glazed with dark chocolate. It was like a porky, poor man's Snickers, which turned out amazing. Also, seasoning a steak with chocolate is brilliant, due to the chocolate having sugar, so you have a better crust.
