Interesting thing that this shows.
Arguably the best Australian driver of the modern era. Jamie Whincup. I mean the guy as won 7 of the last 10 V8 championships.
As good as that guy is, put him in another race category, and he struggles until he gets some miles and familiarity.
It also shows that Bathurst needs to enlarge the podium size. Putting three guys on a one man podium.... come on. What sort of rinky-dink setup are we here....

Wilander is fantasticly fast, and he is consistent.

Very nice but would still prefer V8 supercars to those kind of cars, to fragile, too many driver aids and aero dependent... As fast and cool they may be.
Its a twin turbo V8......so its a V8 with all those extras. Definitely better then a supercar. You're acting like its a 100hp 4cyl...
