    I really need some confirmation on this: If a question asked for the product of prime factors of 124 and I said 2 * 2 * 31 instead of 2^2 * 31, would I not get the full marks on that question?

    • @romeoisme
      @romeoisme 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi,
      if the question asks you specifically to give your answer in index form, you are required to answer it as 2^2 * 31, if you don't, you _will_ lose marks, as it was a part of the question.
      If it doesnt specify, i believe it will be fine to write it either way

      @TheGCSEMathsTutor  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    GCSE Maths Tutor do u think its better if i do the questions on whiteboard if I know the topic bc its much quicker but if im struggling on a topic i write it down on paper.

    • @TheGCSEMathsTutor
      @TheGCSEMathsTutor  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As long as you are practicing either is fine! Do what you prefer, write down ones you struggle with on paper so you have something to refer back to 😁🙏🏼
