Doesn't Tik Tok Ads manager already track our advertisement performance ? couldnt we just opt for smart campaigns ? Also can we add a product URL in that add URL field instead of a tracker?

How do you make your tiktok ads stay consistent long term or atleast for more than a day or two without touching anything?

25-50 conversions in 7 days and it will usually just say active.
