His problem however is he has not yet mastered the correct use of two sets of words namely have/has and do/does. And because these are some of the most commonly used words in English he scores low in English.
You will be surprised how many white English natives in UK speaks "broken" English. Having said that English in Africa and across the world is a foreign language.
