  • This soup can be categorized into what is generally called Nsara or Nsala in my region down south of Nigeria. It's one of the easiest soup to make because all your require is to blend your Orioma seeds and cook with pepper and meat ingredients. very easy.
Orioma seeds are well known in Nigerian markets, so try this recipe today, it's also very good for the cold weather and flu.

First, I'll say well done sis, I'm from Agbor and my mum is from benin city. I got to know this soup through my edo mum even before I ate it in Agbor. It's really highly medicinal especially for a woman who just gave birth. It helps to Balance the hormone as well as flattening the belly. I even add it to my black soup each time I make black soup and my arochukwu husband and mother inlaw love, love it. I watched your video where you prepared ujuju soup and I fell in love with your cooking. You got my support and subscription sis thanks for making us think of home 🥰.
