I like all the features that's on this monitor, but I wish that it has an USB Type C Port with power deliver to connect with your MacBook and also the option to have a crosshair for FPS gaming. I love that they added a remote control for an all-around monitor for entertainment purposes. It's just missing the Type C port and Crosshair for me 'BenQ 27'

very good review and comparison with lg 27 , from Benq i like it's remote and speaker ( didn't like the bottom thick bezel of Benq) but overall i like LG due to its all four sides zero bezel , it looks so good like infinity swimming pool . Please make comparison video "LG 32GQ950 vs LG 27GP950" basically 4k on 27" vs 4k on 32" comparing its pixel density and real estate for productivity and gaming .

The speakers are nice to music but when its people talking with some bass they aint very good, they do a strange noise in the back and you need to put in SPG mode to clear it out. It would be epic if they had a option to control the bass.
I'm glad you made mention of the color range. Sony needs to allow a full-color sub-sampling. I also noticed that whenever my resolution is set to anything ABOVE 1080p in 120hz mode say 1440p 120hz I realise loss in color richness which isn't the same case on my series x.

Is it me or does the 27 inch looks way better than the 32...? Maybe it's because of the settings used in both reviews but when I'm comparing the two videos you made (which are amazing by the way, great reviews !), for example the moments when you show productivity with Word or Excel (3:59 in this video and 9:59 in the 32's one), it's almost a complete different picture quality... I guess it's because of the settings but still it's a huge gap...
It's very difficult. I've looked at 4 versions of monitors: the ex2710u in 27 and 32 inches, and the Odyssey G7 in 28 and 32 inches. In terms of specifications, they are almost identical except for the price. There are differences in portrait mode, a slight variance in colors, and one has 350 candelas while the other has 600. I'm torn between them; I'm not sure which is better to choose. The price difference is significant, around 500 PLN, and they are both 32 inches, except for a mounting bracket mentioned in the description, which I don't want to dismiss. Even watching videos hasn't helped much. I would like to add that I have already found a 3210u from the author
This BenQ monitor is around €1000 euro's In the Netherlands. The LG 27GP95R-B is around €650. Doesn't seem to be much of a difference in specs. However I am still not sure weither to go for 27inch or 32. 32 with these specs are so expensive 😅

Hi I just got the monitor, is very very dim. Brightness and contracts is 100 and bi is greyed out. On pc or console Same issue. No hdr is on and very very dim. Please help.
If you please, could you answer one question? About sustained brightness, since LG can peak around 700 nits but after few minutes it goes back to 400 nits, is this the case with BenQ? Thank you.
@@GeekStreet TY, Rtings is doing comprehensive testing including sustained brightness, and you have done great comparison with LG model since it is mainstream NanoIPS panel used by many...are they both on full brightness here? BenQ kinda looks better in direct comparison
Yes both where on full brightness, but just to note sometimes the camera I'm using which is an iphone doesn't give it the full justice and it looks better in reality
Do you find it in person to be a bit better then LG? After some closer inspection BenQ seems to overexposing bright areas like some cloud details are just white while on LG there are shades and details.
Just got it liking it so far i know the monitor does VRR but in my PS5 settings, ALLM is blank? I thought the monitor would be ALLM compatible? Am i missing somthing in the settings? VRR and 120hz is on.
Not at all completely a misconception!! In 27” version you’ll be sacrificing local dimming while VRR turned ON which looks awful🤮 Not the same case in 32” version I don’t know why many reviewers failed to point out this!!🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I guess they get well paid by a Brand!!

I have the ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ and it is amazing. You can set it to 34 inch ultra wide or 27 inch if you want a smaller view for your game. I wall mounted mine with a 24 inch monitor vertically for my second and its perfect 👌
Why is it that no one is going into detail about motion clarity at lower refresh rates as in 60hz? Not all PS5 games run at 120hz I'm sure people like myself would like to know how games run when not playing at 120hz. Good review but it needed to be more detailed about the refresh rates and input lag feel.

They're both identical but personally I'd go for the 32inch, I'd only go for the curve if choosing an ultrawide

27" is more than big enough for a monitor that twill be close to you and will have higher ppi than the 32".

It doesn't make a difference from what I've seen, its a 4k console so as the monitor is 4k just game at the max resolution.

The LG CX would be more suited in a living room wheres this is for a desk setup.

I have this monitor connected only to the play5, and the monitor's microphone won't let me activate it, does anyone know why? I have also tried muting the play controller microphone but the monitor microphone still does not work.
