My biggest gripe with the bed is location of the USB ports. The fact that they are on the side rather than bottom like some other brands makes it easy to accidently damage them if something is plugged in if you happen to hit it with your leg. Also wonder if the fabric surrounded it will tear and shred over time since they cut a hole thru the fabric to put the port housing in.
How strong is the massage option? I've tried some bed frames in store which worked well, however I've seen this one online for much cheaper though the reviews indicate the massage may not be as strong as other brands, or the consumers themselves were expecting a stronger massage without much information about this feature prior to ordering.
Thanks for the vid ! This looks great .Its surprising how it can bring on the adjustment on a thick mattress . We have got a king size one and now the challenge is going to be how to take that 150+ lb thing up to the bedroom -;)

How tall is your bed from the floor to the top of your mattress. My mother also has a 14 inch mattress. She needs an adjustable bed, but afraid it might sit to high. I can’t find anything about height anywhere
I feel the same way to a point but a bigger concern for me is getting replacement remotes. It seems next to impossible find them for these cheaper adjustable bed brands like this and if the remote fails the bed is useless. I'd buy a few spares in advance just for piece of mind if I could. And the ones I can find for some of the other better known brands like Serta and Sealy and Leggett and Platt are well over $100 a piece.
I was wondering about the LCD remote in this video? ,,,,, on amazon it is showing a non LCD remote, which will I get? I did buy it and delivery is for Thursday this week ;) can't wait

Is a regular coil mattress compatible with this adjustable bed frame or is it necessary to purchase a memory foam/gel mattress?
