    Oh man… GREAT idea in going with louvers! I just bought a 68 GT and already have the same scoop to put on it. I’m going follow your example and do the same. Having the hardest time finding wiring for making the blinkers work though.

      We used a very low draw LED set of bulbs and tied into the front blinker light wiring for the signals. The key to it was making sure all the factory grounds were good but after that it was just tying in! If you need any more info feel free to reach out! 👍

    my favorite black out treatment is John Deere Blitz Black with a 8:2:1 mixture. Gives a nice satin sheen and the paint flattens out very well....

      Thanks Dan! Lots more coming! We took a little break from video and got a ton done on the Fairlane and as soon as our last few parts come in, will do an update on it before getting the ramp truck back in to drop in our Cadillac big block!

    Like the louver idea. If you enjoyed removing the small blk intake, you should take it to the next level by doing an F.E. intake swap😊!

      We've taken a bit of a break, after Cody and the Opel moved states it's been tough doing the work and filming but we've gotten a lot done since our last videos and look forward to an update

    The Fairlane just keeps getting better and better! All things considered, the hood looks damn good. And I say leave the holy exhaust on there, sounds fine!

    What happened to your ramp truck no updates?

      There's been lots of updates on on IG and TT. Long format video is a lot of work with very little reward so once Cody left the state and I had 1/3 help videoing/working/editing I've taken a break from the videos but not the work at all.

      @@WhackADoRacing sucks. But I'll follow your Instagram

      I totally agree, but it's hard to do the work, camera setup, and editing all as one person. 3 days of video and 8 hours of editing with $23 a month software gets 300 views but a 1 minute video on TikTok gets a half million views and doesn't become a hindrance to actually working on the cars sadly.

    What did y’all do for the throttle and kick down linkage and bracket having the same issue now

      @WhackADoRacing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We just made one out of flatstock steel from the kick down to the throttle.

    Running fake parts is very lame. So long as it has some function it will pass the lame test. Nice install.
