Re: Sumabato SP 4: Sumabato ran round robin bo1 pools at the time to feed into final bracket. These pools were run paper, and have largely been lost to time, especially due to Twitter suspending the original Sumabato Twitter account, but their results are recorded, and pictures of pools can be found if you know where to look. It appears that Atelier was actually the 1st seed at Sumabato SP 4, but went 7-2, losing out on the first seed to Lararashi, who went 8-1. Shuton did indeed 9-0 his pool.
Gtfoh LMAO the player reveal caught me off guard so hard. Please make more videos like this, the way you tell stories like these is special. Thank you!
I always love the Google Earth presentation for videos! I would love to see more data/statistics surrounding this stuff; it felt a little one-note seeing just standings and brackets most of the time, but I can see why a lot of it would be difficult to gather.
I get your a msash ultimate person but I REALLY hope you do this but for melee I think you'd really find some cool stuff and hoipefully enjoy the journey into a 20 year history vrs a 4 year history kinda seeing it as like baseball vrs hoceky stats or such

Took a while to get going, but still an enjoyable video with plenty of highlights. I'll keep an eye out in the future
PLEASE don't stop making these videos, they're incredibly in depth and engaging

Super impressive man. Combining Jon Bois and smash, super impressive stuff
I burst out laughing when you finally revealed who pulled it off!
Edit: And then again when you revealed the retroactive tiering situation.
insane video, love it
It’s crazy how well madeyour videos are vs how little views you get. Hope you get the audience size you deserve soon!
Great video! I'd probably equate a JV5 to be more like a perfect game than a no hitter, though, in terms of difficulty/rarity.
I know it wasnt a bo5 bracket but its still impressive how nietono didnt drop a single game in that run
Great video !
Very excited to see if miya can make the no-hitter at sumabato
