Do not underestimate Raru's chances of getting the upset on Sparg0. Yes the matchup is bad for Luigi but Raru is the Luigi that eats Min Min noodles for breakfast and a Puff marshmallow for dessert. Even when it looks impossible at first like against Zomba at DELTA he will find the super jump punches and turn the match around in an instant. Personally I'm predicting TG or Raru upsets Sparg0. There is one more problem for Zackray that you did not mention. If M0tsunabE defeats the upset prone Gackt he will face Zackray. M0tsu is up 2-0 in their h2h and he's a lot scarier now than when he beat Zackray the first 2 times! M0tsu would be my own choice for who I think is best poised to make a big run outplacing his seed with his good bracket and generally being on the come up lately. Hopefully if M0tsunabE does defeat Zackray Zomba will not be upset before then; I'd love to see Zomba and M0tsu duke it out!

I really hope Kameme does well, he doesnt really go to events anymore because he is taking care of his child as a single parent and hes my favourite player

theres a fun note about this tournament, its the first time the three major jp links will be at a tour in a long time, Kyon, Rido, and T! Rido is pretty criminally underseeded imo, getting 65th at umebura sp 10. i could see him making a surprise deep run, maybe not into top cut tho

I feel like kameme is a player who has good potential to outplace his seed. He has to fight ryuoh in top 192 which is kind of scary as diddy Kong is a really hard matchup for sora but if he beats him he fights raru which he def has the potential to beat. Imo he’s getting like 49th or top 8

I'll be rooting for Tsu, Gachipi, Lea, and Zackray at this tournament

Also would be funny if KEN gets 9th at his 4th consecutive supermajor, he really needs to get some strong wins under his belt to break top 20 on the rankings Really curious to see if Maipan can make lightning strike twice, they're not seeded in the top 256 at Kagaribi, but they are in the path of Hero, who I see as vulnerable and also share a pool with Tsubotsubo, who I can see them beating

I don't want to sound overly negative/critical of the video so I'm just going to start this comment out by saying that I enjoyed the video and that I liked the flow it had with presenting the information. That being said, at 12:40 you say that Spargo's set with Sisqui at Delfino Maza shows that he's much better in the Samus matchup, but that ignores the fact that their set went to game 5 and in that final game Spargo had 2 false kill sparks and Sisqui had bad DI on a dash attack which killed him without a kill spark. Spargo needed the craziest plot armor I've probably ever seen in order to win that set, so to say that it's indicative of him learning the Samus matchup just seems kinda wrong to me. Still though, with the loss to Yaura and the close call with Sisqui, I'd say that Spargo probably did end up studying that matchup so your point still stands even if I disagree with the evidence you used.
