Absolutely love John Cleese. I have watched a lot of tv shows and movies he has been over the years, and he has an incredible sense of humour and wit. One thing I have found very Interesting is that he looks, sounds and thinks very similar to my late Grandfather.

There were so many reports of OBE's (Out of body experiences) in UK hospitals that doctors stuck coloured labels on top of equipment in the operating room high off the ground and patients who had an OBE correctly described the coloured labels meaning they had to have been high above them ! .
Took me a couple of reads of this to realise that you weren't referring to the British honour that stands for 'Officer of the British Empire'. It definitely made more sense when I instead read it as 'Out of Body Experience'.
