I went through five channels of gen Z podcasts and they were a complete waste of time, they insist on putting themselves in front of the camera and most of them endlessly review food and don’t mention anything about the history and culture related to the places that they recommended. @@mythrin I'm Singaporean chinese and English isn't the best language for phonetics, your interpretation sounds like it's not mandarin There is no h sound in 西 even if you wanna force 门 as mun. You do give a good example of how a westerner would pronounce the words though
