The finest person who ever walked this Earth. I don't think there will be a day in our lifetimes when our late Queen isn't missed. Queen Elizabeth's quiet power was so strongly demonstrated when she instigated the global Commonwealth Sanctions against South Africa to force the end of Apartheid- the greatest anti-racist act in history. And privately supporting Dr Martin Luther King Jr.s Crusade against Segregation. What an absolute credit our Senior Royals have been and so beautifully exemplary in picking their way through grief. Never been prouder.
I loved the comment that the world lost a grandmother. That’s how I felt. The world seems less now without her. She represented duty, honour, loyalty, commitment, service, and she made Britain a world power far greater than the military and economy did. She commanded respect and the world gave it. Thank you for everything Your Majesty. God Speed.
I'm so happy that we had the opportunity through Paddington to say, thankyou.... Thankyou, for everything. I'm not an emotional person but even now, as I type, there are tears in my eyes. That is the effect her majesty the late Queen had on us all ❤
Queen Elizabeth reunited everyone independently from parties, diplomatic, religion, ... She was the grand mother of the world passing through great and worst periods of time, leading by example and respect.
How refreshing to see a spouse of one of her grandchildren calling her The Queen and having so much reverence for her…unlike a particular American cable actress!
For various reasons I had put off watching this - a wonderful job guys. As someone born in 1946 she has been there my whole life, and even now (March 2023) I find it hard to accept she is no longer with us.
“If it’s good enough for my boys …” as others have said, made me cry. Now my 15 yr old daughter is looking at me across the room perplexed as I’ve headphones on. And we’ve run out of bog roll. Time for balaclava. The Queen was amazing. So missed. Good work lads.
Mike I met your mother in law here in Canada with the Queen as a 10 year old they used our ragtop Cadillac. Since that moment both women have been models for me of work ethic grace and dignity. I was praying for Princess Anne to feel the strength and love of people like me. Can you kindly convey to her how much she is respected and loved in Canada? 🇨🇦❤️
Good morning Mike. I thought you might be interested to know that one of the RAF QCS pallbearers (SAC Toby Stratford) is the grandson of your old (don’t tell her I said that!!) baby sitters from Sharow. I was amazed at the dignity that you and your family displayed throughout the period. As a veteran who met Prince Philip onboard HMS London in the Adriatic and the Princess Royal at RAF Shawbury I was struck by how easy they made you feel. My son is really looking forward to meeting the Princess Royal at RAF Brize Norton later this month. He is so proud to have carried “The Boss” and has retired the gloves and belt he wore on that day. The story about the aircraft is totally true by the way. Thank you. Peter Stratford (RN veteran and proud dad!)
As a Saffa I've always been amazed at her diplomacy and how highly she was held by other world leaders. Sad for her passing. You Brits should be proud of her and your legacy.

What a very warm and sincere, heartfelt and thoroughly respectful homage to Her Majesty. She would have been most pleasantly surprised, I'm sure - as I was - and perhaps, like me, dewy-eyed too.

@@johnnunn8688 That is unadulterated bollocks. Less than half the U.K. population watched it. Why would you believe that a higher percentage of the world’s population watched it than bothered to in the U.K.? Deadline estimated 4 billion based on who it was available to and seemingly working off the percentage who watched it in the U.K. It’s a bizarre over estimation.
First time listening and watching, forever fan! I am American 🇺🇸 and just wondered on to your channel. I LOVED IT 🥰. I am a ruby beginner but really enjoy it. I lived in Dubai for 6 years and really started to learn about the strategy of the matches living there. What an incredible sport! Anyway just wanted to give you folks a shout out because I did really enjoy the channel and have gone back and watched many of your previous shows. I can only say one thing….keep ‘em coming Please! Bless to you and yours staying healthy, safe and happy! 😊
Mike, for you my father was in ww2 stationed over there. Queen Elizabeth before queen worked on my father’s unit jeep! He had no clue who she was he was a 18 year old boy but he said the ladies were so cheeky and had no problem jumping in to mechanical work, doing anything dirty work, long hours, just anything asked of them. Then after the captain told them who she was the kings daughter!! It started his love affair from afar our families love for them! He returned home to his family many of his unit sadly did not but never underestimate , that meant the world to them even brings muffins and wet rags to wipe their faces. Started him in helping others so we have a house here we call the vet house we can house 6 people at a time usually very elderly and homeless or no family, which he started and now me and my family keep going and they always ask about the families there! So tell your mother in law they do make a difference to us in America .
Kudos to Mike, talking about and giving a full inside view without giving away the personal or "selling the family silver". Lessons for some in that.

Yes the world. Even the rabid left - other than a couple of Greens - in Australia paid deep respect and love.
There was a few rabies in the UK, too.
The world? You don’t speak for the world. The Queen was your head of state ffs. What makes you think the majority of the world took more than a passing interest?
@@Dreyno, one has only to look at the worldwide viewing figures. No fewer than 4.1 BILLION!!
@@Dreyno, why are you bothered?
First time listening and watching, forever fan! I am American 🇺🇸 and just wondered on to your channel. I LOVED IT 🥰.
I am a ruby beginner but really enjoy it. I lived in Dubai for 6 years and really started to learn about the strategy of the matches living there. What an incredible sport!
Anyway just wanted to give you folks a shout out because I did really enjoy the channel and have gone back and watched many of your previous shows. I can only say one thing….keep ‘em coming Please!
Bless to you and yours staying healthy, safe and happy! 😊
The Queen worked bloody hard all her life that's what you call loyalty alot of people should take a leaf out of her book well done your majesty 🌹🌹🌹
This 57yo Australian still misses Her Majesty. She was there all my life and has never put a foot wrong. Charlie is doing OK so far.
