I'm a comp rider, but if I want a street, this will be my go too. Thanks for the info

Really liking the look of the curved blade forks, too! Definitely a nice nod to the earlier days!

I really fancy getting one of these but unfortunately looking like Alias are having supply issues:
"Alias Bike Co regrets to announce that due to on-going supply chain issues, we are unable to produce more of our bikes or frames for the foreseeable future.
We will post updates through our website and social channels when this situation changes, but in the meantime we'd like to thank all of our dealers and customers for their support."

      Bad times. That’s a shame!

For someone with very little experience in street trials, would the geo differences between Alias and Flow be obvious ? Wheel base is slightly longer on Flow, head tube angle a degree and a half different I think. For e beginner would be easier to learn on than the other? Alias vs Flow I mean ? Asking as there is pretty much no more Aliases on the market , and I was wondering if it would be worth hunting for an Alias when now it costs as much as a Flow due to availability? Thank you for your input !

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the geo differences would be noticeable, if you had the chance to test them both. The Alias is shorter with more aggressive geo/ steeper head angle. This is good for some moves but not always the easiest for learning things. The flow is lighter and some of the parts are a better quality than the standard Alias build. Hope some of that helps. Let me know what you decide to go for 👍

@@TRIALS_SHACK Thanks so much for the info sir! Thinking of a flow to be honest, people everywhere say its the best bang for the buck for a beginner. Thank you again for the reply I appreciate you taking the time. Cheers, Vick

They should haveput some fittings for Magura HS33's or Echo on the back brake. Nice that they have the option for disc's too. It's a bit pricey but looks like it rides well.

Would this bike be to small for a 6’ tall rider? Would a 26” be better?

Hey dude, I'm 6 foot & I felt comfortable on the Alias. The bar & stem combo were a little low for me but swapping them out for a longer stem & higher rise bars, sorted that out. 24 or 26" wheels is a personal preference. I've enjoyed both wheel options over the years but have gone back to 24" as it encourages more bunny hop based moves & less static/traditional trials moves... Although both are possible on both wheel sizes

@@TRIALS_SHACK Thanks for that info. I haven't been on a bmx bike for years. I'm a 29er mtn. biker and roadie. So the idea of a riding a 24" bike seems so 'small' to me. I have a line on a 24" bike so maybe I'll go for it. Really appreciate the info!

Hello, very good video, I love it, from the best reviews, I have the jitsie hybrid, and I am thinking of buying the alias because of the short measurements it has since I am 1.61, can you tell me the size of the handlebar? thank you very much and good video !!!!!

Hi there, apologies for the delay.. the bars look to measure around 700ml wide, with a total rise of around 70mm-ish. Personally I found the front end too low so I swapped the bars out for higher rise options & the 90mm stem for a 110mm Trialtech stem

Will we see more videos on this bike later?
I’m looking of getting into trials and I’ve looked at this bike
But there’s next to no videos on it
I would like to see what it can do and maybe a long term video on how it holds up
