So relatable, even to a new rider who's not old but not young either. We're all working with what we have and improving ourselves, we all have reasons but I bet one that we all share is just "fun".
I try to ride twice a week as an average/minimum. Fitness off the bike has become more and more important, I’ve been going to the gym on and off for years and have recently switched to CrossFit instead. I push to failure less at CrossFit and there’s cardio mixed in with the lifting so it feels closer to what’s needed for riding. Consistency rules. And try to do something that scares you or pushes you on every ride 👍
Love the message. Knocking on the door of 38 and just picking my trials bike up again.
Make me motivated. Thanks 🙏
Great video mate, inspiring to know its still possible to keep improving in such a physically tough sport as you get older
Great video Ian, really well shot and you speak the truth! 💯
This was awesome
Nice Relatable video.👍 I'm looking forward to retirement so I can go "pro" at trials at least once in my life... lol
Great video!

Any tips on improving at and older age, how often are you riding?
