Mark Boals is an amazing vocalist. Love the sustain he used on the song "Leonardo". He's brilliant here too.

The supernatural speed and precision, the amazing aggressive, heavy themes and melodies, the vintage 70s strats with dimarzio pickups, the incredible singers. Man, I miss this Yngwie a lot.
To me, his second peak form and my personal favourite period of his (97-2002)

When I saw Yngwie open up for Dio at House of Blues Chicago, Jorn Lande was singing at that show. Jorn was just as amazing as Mark on vocals. Just sucks egos got in the way for the performance.
I was at the Detroit show. I like Jorn Lande's voice, but I hated his delivery of the songs. There seemed to be more emphasis on "listen to how good I am" than "listen to how good these songs are". Of course, that was the last show that band would play together, with him leaving and taking the band with him after that show.

That's my good friend Tim Donahue from Eugene, Oregon. He was in the Cherry Poppin" Daddies before this. He's by far the best drummer in this part of the country.
